“The peri fries are flavorful and crispy, the best fries I've ever had. I'm obsessed with the crispy grilled chicken sandwich, I get it every time I come here. The staff is amazing and provide great service.They also play throwback songs too so it's definitely a vibe for the millennials“
“My wife and I visited for dinner and ordered the Rodizio. Everything was very tasty and there was nothing I could complain about.Our waiter was Omar and he was very good.I'm used to going to the Newark, NJ location.I highly recommend these locations. My understanding is that the Manalapan, NJ location doesn't offer rodizio service.“
“The Portuguese Fisherman is a slam dunk no brainer must visit restaurants! There isn't one single detail that they can improve. It's beautiful inside. The dining area is bright clean comfortable and spacious. My date and I were able to have a fun time and private conversations while surrounded by happy chatting diners. The front house staff were amazing seating us in a great spot and the waiter was the perfect level of attentive. Everyone was happy and pleasant which adds to a really great vibe. We entered through the bar which was lively and exciting. We'll certainly try the bar next time opting for a little more intimacy. Another note on the bar, the drinks we had were fantastic!!! The food that comes out of the kitchen was mega delicious! We had the octopus appetizer that was the most remarkable I've ever had. This is not said trivially, I've eaten in thousands of restaurants and I cook. Octopus is difficult to get right and they did it to perfection. My date and I had 2 different dishes and tried each others. The paella was just fantastic and the portion was enough for the two of us. My companion had the Mariscada that was also made to it's an absolute must visit!“
“This place is amazing. The food was fresh and huge portions. I’ve been here about 3-4 times. I like this restaurant very much. The sangria is phenomenal! Best I’ve ever had. The salad, simple but incredibly delicious. Fresh baked bread also does not disappoint. I’d definitely recommend, even the sangria alone is worth the trip. They’re definitely doing something right there!!“
“Bakery has become popular fast because all breads, rolls, and pastries are made in-house daily. Breakfast sandwich rolls taste better than 99% of sandwich shop rolls in my opinion.I think the top tasting items are the breakfast sandwich and eclairs. They also serve espresso and specialty coffees like Starbucks.“
“Delicious food, nice sized portions, and the sangria is really good. Would have been 5 stars, but it's a bit expensive...Not enough to keep us away, just be prepared! We shared 1 appetizer, had 2 meals (we did pick the most expensive items on the menu, lobster and Chilean sea bass), 1 dessert, 1 pitcher of sangria, and 2 Irish coffees, and our bill was almost $300. But, we'll be back because it's THAT good!“
“Wonderful place ! The cappuccino is the BEST my wife and I have ever had. The orange juice is very fresh and tasty. The pastries that my wife and I have tasted are also very yummy. M y wife always has a veggie omelet and says it is excellent. The bakery/deli is owned and operated by a very kind and warm family who always have time to chat and make you feel very much at home and welcome. My wife and I love Nossa Aldeia.“
“Easy parking being they have there own lot I suggest making reservations I arrived early didn’t have to wait but by the time I left it was a full house all tables takenExcellent service very attentive to your ever want… Sangria was one of the best I ever had for our main dishes we had cataplana was amazing loaded with fish and also pan seared cod was phenomenal huge portions as well couldn’t even dent it took most of it home overall extremely satisfied and I highly recommend going as you will not be disappointed bon appetite“
“I've ordered from here when I lived close.. now I was visiting someone in hospital and had no wallet on me but the owner Carlos and the sweet girl at the counter gave me a monster take home platters of the tastiest BBQ I've had in long time and he just outright gave me the meal without any money truly act of incredible kindness and class... “So I stumbled on this place and decided to try it because I was starving. I must say the gentleman that helped me had excellent customer service skills, was funny, courteous and helpful, the food came out pretty quickly, the environment and was clean but more importantly the food was great. Definitely would recommend it and would be ordering from here more often. The only thing i would change is having Portuguese rolls instead of sliced bread.“
