“We ordered the stuffed eggplants and calamari for appetizers. The main we had the dinner special short ribs pasta. The calamari has that tender texture with a chewy touch. The short rib pasta tastes amazing with rich beef flavor. And for dessert, the classic tiramisu is definitely a must! This place is BYOB so that’s a plus.“

“We went to Rumi for a birthday lunch the food, smoothies and desserts were delicious. Our kids who typically eat butter pasta loved everything that was served. I picked the option Shanghai Chicken with mixed salad ? which was great. The chicken was roasted. I really enjoyed the meal as it was really healthy. I would recommend it.

“I never understood why this place doesn't have more customers whenever I go. It definitely deserves more consideration from people.

The burgers here are phenomenal. If you are a burger head like me I don't think you will be disappointed. Though the price may seem off-putting at first, you quickly realize you get what you pay for.

The quality of the ingredients is obvious, all coming together to provide a great tasting experience. So far I've had the Classic Blaze and the Chipotle Chicken Burgers. The fries and onion rings are also very good!

My only gripe is that the sandwiches can be messy to eat because they don't cheap out on the portion size. But who exactly is gonna argue for having too much of a good thing?

Service is always great and pleasant. The restaurant is always very clean too. And usually when you are done with your meal the server will give you a free chocolate chip cookie and a coupon for 10% off your next order! Very kind of them.

They have a happy hour 2pm-5pm where you can save a bit on your meal as well. Highly recommend anyone at least give this place a try.“

“My husband and I dined here for a day-after Valentine's celebration. Our 7:00 reservation allowed us to be seated right away. The playlist was stellar. It was all the music I grew up listening to as a kid, and it made me feel at home. McKenzie was our server and she was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. The menu has so many great choices, but the specials shouldn't be slept on either! Here's what we had: Appetizers: -Brussels sprouts salad with sliced apple, marinated feta, roasted squash, candied pecans, quinoa and tossed in a vinaigrette - Kabocha squash ravioli in a braised beef and peanut ragu, crispy eggplant and a peanut-green bean crumble. Entrées: -Flat iron steak in a mustard-sherry au poive sauce, carmelized onions, and potato churritos -Fresh cavatelli in an escargot sauce, shelled escargot, topped with a parsley butter crumb - Side of sautéed wild mushrooms with sage and citrus Dessert: -Orange and cardamom olive oil cake, assorted coffee and tea. “I went there with my wife this evening and it was a great experience. We had delivery a couple of times, but eating at the restaurant was so much better. We were greeted with a big smile by Demi and she took great care of us. We had the large Meze appetizer and the small Mixed Grill and it was perfect. We had plenty to take home for Super Bowl snacks. We had a nice chat with Demi and she gave us a complimentary dessert of their homemade ice cream. The flavors were baklava and walnut. They were delicious. I highly recommend eating there. “I just discovered Sweet Bliss Salad Station about 2 weeks ago and got the Aloha Jerk Chicken salad. This salad is so delicious and flavorful! I fell in love. It’s now my go-to when I’m in the mood for a salad. It’s also so fresh and the portion size is big.

“I have not had the opportunity to have dinner there yet, but have had lunch on three different occasions prior to going to the Paper Mill Playhouse up the street. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and great food and customer service. Restaurant has several booths and tables which gives you privacy if you choose to do so, or you could go to the bar side where there are some large TVs for watching your favorite sport as you dine. We will continue to go there when I’m in the area.“

“I have recently discovered this restaurant and was intrigued to try it. I got a mocktail with fruits of my choice, which was great. The daily specials are a nice addition to which I recommend the Vodka Sauce Flatbread - you won’t regret it. The Bolognese was tasty, as was the chicken savoy. I recommend the most to get the beef short ribs with garlic mashed potatoes and the vodka penne with added burrata. Both were my favorite and were delicious. I recommend arriving earlier than later due to the limited parking in the back of the establishment’s lot. Definitely make a reservation if you plan to go on Friday-Sunday, it tends to get busy, other weekdays are ok without reservations. The tiramisu was good but wish I tried the cheesecake as well. Been back twice in 2 weeks and I can definitely say I will return again.

price was kind of high i would say bc i’ve had this price point pizzas before and they were much more flavorful so id call this high. but in this moment i was craving and i was happy so i didn’t care.

i do which they had more options for ready to grab and go - especially during dinner time.

i also wished their pizzas werent all touching each other (some meat and veggie pizzas on the same tray touching each other in the display box). i am a vegetarian and i find that unappealing personally. but person helping us gave us slices from where it wasn’t touching so that was good.

service was fast. tone of voice of people wasn’t the most welcoming but it was fine bc we were just grabbing and going since the restaurant is so crowded and narrow.

parking is kind of tough. limited spots. and by a traffic light so tough to enter and exit.

all in all, i’d go here again and so i would recommend it!

She told one of them loud enough for everyone inside the restaurant to hear that he had two strikes and she would send him home and then turned to another worker and said that she was going home too. “Aadams Tavern is reminiscent of those cozy, atmosphere rich places frequented by Manhattanites. It has great ambiance, plenty of character with an old time looking bar just inside the front door. A great place to meet with friends and family. We were a party of six on a Wednesday night. I’m glad we made reservations because the place was packed.

The service was attentive albeit a bit slow. Our server had parties of, six, eight and two seated almost simultaneous. Suddenly having sixteen new guests to attend to can certainly slow things down a bit both on the floor and in the kitchen. Overall, though, she and everyone helping her did fine.

We shared starters of calamari and cheddar cheese biscuits. The calamari was crispy and not chewy. The biscuits were very dense and tasted a little dry; I didn’t feel the maple chili butter contributed much. Others disagreed with my assessment. The biscuits are one of their signature dishes.

We tried the short rib, cheddar burger, halibut, tuna tacos and lobster roll. All were tasty and beautifully presented. Personally, I recommend the short rib primarily because of the grits and fava beans served with it. The grits were creamy and the fava beans tender and mild. The red wine sauce served over the meat was delicious but I think the meat itself could have used some help. It was a little dry and a bit stringy

Aadams Tavern is worth a visit and I’d gladly return. Be aware, though, they’re a bit pricey, but they’re surrounded by communities of affluent people who can make it a success.

Parking: It's a public lot which is free after 6PM. I'm not sure but I don't think street parking is available.
