“Had a large Xtra cheese pizza. I'll give another half star for 41/2 stars. We ate in and I think they wanted to satisfy us too quickly. Pizza was very good, another minute in the oven and 5 stars for food. Service, good and friendly and atmosphere is typical. Give it a try!“

“Ordered online on Friday night as we were heading to LBI for the weekend. It was ready when we got there a half hour later. We ordered two small pizzas (they only have small and large), garlic knots and mozzarella sticks. Everything was good! I love garlic knots and rarely have them. These were great!“

The store is very well stocked with all kinds of imported dry goods like imported specialty balsamic vinegars, olive oils, and store prepared foods! The “olive case” looked amazing and the deli meats and sandwiches looked even better! The cookie counter has tons of Italian cookies and pastries! They even have these nice cheese boards with their logo on them (shout out to the girl behind the counter who Hooke us up!!!! Very nice gift for someone… or even just for yourself! “Having grown up in Brooklyn I appreciated Neil and his great Neapolitan pizza-making. Eddie and the whole crew are a credit to Neil's legacy. All varieties and styles of pizza are A+ here. “We have been living here in Manahawkin full time for several years now. We passed Russo's hundreds of times but never ate there until this evening. We thought the place was a local pizza joint. Born and raised in Brooklyn we just never thought to give the place a shot, i mean no point right?Wrong. We were getting together with friends for dinner, they said lets go to Russo's, we figured ahh what the hell.Wow what a great meal and great experience. The menu is simple the food was fantastic and the service was outstanding. Erin was accommodating, and pleasant. She was gracious as well even though we were there an hour past closing time. The food is clean not over seasoned, and they are a BYOB establishment. We had, perfectly fried gallamad (calamari for you non Brooklynites) flat bread, brooklyn bolognese , chicken saltimbocca, pork chop saltimbocca all perfectly cooked.Highly recommend them for a good meal at a reasonable price, and great service. Well done team Russo's. We will be seeing you again soon.“

“We got speakeasy pizza twice on our vacation and we're very satisfied each time. Being from NJ, I've missed the pizza. I know shore pizza isn't quite the same as regular Jersey pizza, but this was pretty good! The fries are also good too--nice and crispy, so they survive the drive back to your beach house okay.“

“We three had an amazing dinner. Calamari for an appetizer was tender and flavorful. Our entrees that followed were the flounder franchese, potato crusted cod and from the daily specials, the Chilean sea bass. Each entree was incredibly delicious and so tasty. Our waitress, Ashley and the busboys who assisted her were wonderful. We were never without fresh water and any request was immediately honored. If we could provide a 10 star review we would. “Once again Isola did not disappoint! The food, service and ambiance were exceptional! If you have not tried the stuffed olives for an appetizer, they are a MUST! We also shared the fig pizza which was done to perfection! For dinner, my one cousin and I had the Spaghettini a la Arrabbiata ( a new item on the men) and was DELICIOUS! The rest of my family had the Branzino and short ribs which were out of this world! From entering the restaurant, my family and I were greeted enthusiastically ( and with a big smile!) by Bella at the front desk, we were seated promptly and our server Maureen, continued that warm and enthusiastic hospitality once we were seated and that same level of hospitality continued throughout our time dining. “This place is awesome! I went on Thursday, and they have a deal where two people get an appetizer, soup/salad, entree, and cannoli for only $40 (plus the warm, fresh bread they give you!). Such a deal! The food was awesome, and there was live music as well. I loved the atmosphere. It’s BYOB, so make sure you bring your favorite bottle of wine. Cheers!“

“The food is EXCELLENT. The service is Excellent. The Ambiance is Great. We've eaten here twice. The chef, Chris, is a really good dude and is very talented. The Pizza is great and I've eaten them all (DeLorenzos, Sallys, DeLuccias, Grimaldi's).. We had Chicken Francaise Pizza there last time and it is incredible. The eggplant is Outstanding. The soups have always been terrific. We are retiring down to this area and It is very comforting to know, that I will still be able to get great Italian food in my new neighborhood. Thank You!“

“It has been many years since we have been to Olive Garden. Let me tell you the experience we had last night was awesome. We had a server who was brand new so she was a little off, but she was very good. The food was fantastic. Really had a good time and a good celebration.Kid-friendliness: There is a high emphasis on kids. When we arrived, we asked real quickly for a mac & cheese and a spaghetti dinner for the two little ones and that came right away along with orange juice and lemonade. “I recently got a cheesesteak from Slice of Heaven. This cheesesteak was absolutely amazing. I don't know who made it but I would consider giving them a raise. When my daughter was a senior during the pandemic they had an adopt a senior program and the senior I adopted wanted a Ray's pizza because he loved it. Finally I got a chance to try it out. I'm not going to lie it's a bit of a dive but clean.The people are extremely pleasant and it seemed to be a family run business.Straight out of the oven our delicious thin crusted pizza came out and we started to drool just a little. Compared to some thin crust pizza places I would consider this pizza to be medium in crust, they used real cheese because the pizza actually had oil coming off.A bunch of pizza places have got cheap using cheap mozzarella or adding provolone,this place used good cheese! The first slice I had was delicious but after that the second the sauce was a little sweet. I think I devoured my first slice. Overall this pizza place deserves a solid 4!!I would definitely go again.“

“I've only been in the Manahawkin location to pick up some slices (bomb af), but I have been over a friends house and had delivery from them. They hand wrote a message in the speech bubble on the front of the box, referring to the conversation they had while my friend was ordering over the phone. I forget exactly what it said, but it was clever and endearing ?The couple times I've been in to pick up slices, the counter staff were very pleasant and accommodating!Parking: Depending on day of the week and time of day, parking can be iffy. Fridays and weekend evenings are obviously busier. Good for them!“
