Got a bagel with butter here for the first time this morning, for my ride up the parkway a ways. Not impressed at all. Butter upcharge is over $1.25. They skimped on the butter so much, that I could have saved the money and just got the bagel and eaten it dry. Not worth it.

Taylor ham ( and I use that term lightly since it was LIGHT on TH), egg and I cheese on a bagel, buttered bagel and a chocolate milk for almost $16. I don’t care where you are you have to be kidding me with those prices. I should have read the reviews before I went there. Glad it was only a one stop.

This used to be my go to bagel place, but after today I won’t be ordering from here again. This place went downhill bigtime since the previous staff/ owner. There used to be a woman taking orders, a cook and occasionally a third person helping behind the counter people prior, and they ran the place smoothly. Now anytime I show up there’s at least 5 people behind the counter, always a wait and a line and they have not made one single order correct since the changeover. Whether I go there myself or order through DoorDash something is ALWAYS missing or incorrect in my order. The breakfast sandwiches have gotten super skimpy. They’re sold out of certain bagels way to early every time, and when they screw up and don’t give me all of my DoorDash order I get told I can come and pick it up. The reason I’m ordering delivery and paying ridiculous fees is because I CANNOT come pick it up so maybe stop SCREWING UP everyone’s order so there no issues. Also, stop blaming the DoorDash driver for your errors. Their job is only to pick up the sealed bags and deliver. They don’t touch the food or know what’s inside so it is not their fault! Terrible customer service with the new staff, and it’s really a shame because I used to order from here at least 3-4 times a week.

Best bagels in town!

The dozen bagels I bought were not fresh at all, had to zap them in the microwave. That’s not the problem though - the orange juice bottle I bought expires July 5 (it’s July 30th), which I did not realize at time of purchase. Oh and the cream cheese expired July 2nd, which I also did not realize until I took a bite and almost gagged. Drove back and got refunded for the two items, but this was the first time trying this place. Spare yourselves from this one, much better places around.

Food was good. Bagel taste seemed to have changed some. Order was 3 out of 4 made correctly..

Great bagel as it is crunchy on first bite and soft inside. However it is cold and for the amount of money charged , there is not enough egg , pork roll or bacon so you don't taste the ingredients just like a lump of bread. The content look thinner than a page. I understand prices go up but with the amount of money the government has given to small businesses , they should not be struggling at this point. Try to master your craft which is bagel breakfast and mk sure is hot by placing bagel close to the grill or something.

Disappointed by new changes.Around a month ago, staff suddenly changed wholesale. Well folks, that "rude woman" you were all complaining about knew how to make a bagel sandwich. I've ordered twice online since this new staff took over(new ownership?), and it's been a real let down. I waited a few weeks between orders and it's really no better. Any hot bagel sandwich is getting handled wrong, they're incredibly greasy on the outside. The bagels should be cut by someone with clean hands. They've also missed the instruction to toast the bagel on every bagel. The bagels have gotten a little larger, which is actually a negative, as it highlights how little egg and cheese they give you on an egg and cheese. One fewer slice of cheese.Overall, gonna have to go to joes. Very, very unfortunate. I'll try again in a few months.

Great bagels but the pork roll portion is way too small for the amount you guys charge. There’s a lot of places around here who gives you more portion for your buck. 2 slices of pork roll egg & cheese on a bagel plus a can of soda for $9 ? Never again.

Worst bagels and customer service around. My daughter wanted an egg bagel today and she was told she had to take an everything because that's what they decided she should have. Rude people at the counter too.

My brother-in-law and Igot up a little early and went down to get breakfast sandwiches for everyone after a late night birthday party for my sister and luckily when we arrived, there was only one gentleman in front of us. We often joke that the both of us are like the Pied-Piper... As soon as we walk in anywhere, the crowds seem to follow.Ordering was a snap and the two girls working behind the counter were friendly and helpful. When we got back to the house with our eight or nine sandwiches, all of them were made exactly to order and we felt we got a better than average deal for the quality of the breakfast sandwiches we ate.
