Ordered inside. The staff was nice, but there were too few of them. Severely short-staffed, and we waited at least half an hour for food. My order was wrong. I feel badly for the staff, but we won't be going back anytime soon.
We waited 9 minutes at the window for our food. When we received it I said fo we get a free fry for our wait and the girl said no way that's your problem. I ask to talk to managers and a lady came to the window that could hardly walk and I told her we waited 9 minutes for our food . Her comment to me was so if I didn't like to do other place for f__king good and slammed the window.

The food has gotten so bad the last 8 to ten years now, and have not seen any move to improve. The food is so cold by the time you get it, and is so sloppy and soggy 98% of the time. And has made me feel sick, and bloated the last few times I ate there.
