The food here can be a bit 50/50. I like the shrimp tempura roll but they make them bigger but shorter so instead of 8 regular sized pieces, they give you 6 bigger pieces. It can be hard eat in one bite and falls apart easily when dipping. It's not that big of a deal because it tastes good. The miso is a bit salty? Im not sure if they use alot of a stock or something but It's a bit heavy. The pork katsu is very tough to eat and the breading is bland. The scallion pancake was yummy...read full review
What a great experience! The restaurant was immaculate,decorated very nicely, and everyone was friendly, helpful and wonderful. Johnny,the owner came over to the table and introduced himself, and made us feel very welcome.Our food was beautifully presented and delicious. Celebrating Grandma's Birthday at Ginza Hibachi was a delicious fun night! Qiyung out Hibachi chef was the best ever. Good was made exactly the way we requested. The surprises Qiyung did cooking out meal were wonderful. The best Hibachi meal was prepared for all of us. Qiyung made Grandma feel so special! Highly recommend!
