Very poor service never gets the order correct and not only charged me for my order but for someone else order. When I pointed out to them they admitted it and told me I had to wait 24 to 48 hours to have it refunded to my account. I am fined that most of the Dunkin Donut are no good anymore. It is a coffee donut shop and I have been to ones lately that are totally out of donut, bagels and muffins all at one time. Usually great at this location but today they either gave me the wrong coffee or didn’t make it properly. There was another lady there getting her coffee and the size was the same as mine. I asked them are you sure this is my coffee, I can’t have caffeine. They insisted it was mine so I brought it home. There was no caramel in it, so how can I trust it’s decaf? I had to throw it out.

I stopped in to pick up a thermos mug and some tea and donuts. Service was fast place was clean and the food was tasty. It does look like the price of a low-end thermos has gone up a few bucks
