To the manager on duty 2/27 2pm, i just wanted to thank you and your crew for the 1/4 pound burger that was prepared for me exactly the way i dont want any burger served! Cheese was not melted and not carefully placed the burger which was “cold” the onions just rite pickle as it was supposed to be and the bread fine. Can never seem to get my order straight and ALWAYS forgets to put my sauce in the bag after they charge me for it. This franchise sucks! Completely ridiculous you have to pay for honey mustard on the side and even more so ridiculous they can’t even remeber to put it in my bag.
