Every single time I go thru this drive thru, they forget part of my order. I ordered 3 - 4 for $4's, they forgot the 3 burgers, so I guess 3 of my kids won't eat??? Get it together, Wendy's!
Had to wait to be helped. No one at register. Associate finally took my order and apologized for the wait. Just have to remember to focus on customer. Manager just kept sweeping and made no attempt to assist customers. Hoping for a better experience next

Arrived at 5:23 pm. Went inside to order. The store was clearly understaffed, but I was patient. I ordered 2 Baconator Double combos, substituting Frostys for the beverages. The order came to $26. Instead of Baconators, I received double cheeseburgers. Unfortunately, it was too far to go back, so I tried to call the store. The phone rings forever, then cuts off with a high tone.
