I gave only one star because 0 stars wasn't an option. I order two burgers NO CHEESE. I get home and both have cheese. The tomato on the burgers looked rotten, they didn't give me the dipping sauce for my nuggets. And these kids are the future of America??? If they can't get a simple order right how are they going to survive in the real world?!? Thirty bucks and the food was inedible.

As of 6pm march 27 2024 the 51 bananier Dr Toms River NJ Wendy's location is only accepting cash. They have a small hand written sign on the register that is hard to read. I stood there waiting for the clerk to finish with the previous order, he acknowledged me but did not mention the cash only situation until he was ready to take my order. They should have a sign on the door so customers don't waste time going in only to find out that they can't order unless they have cash. This is not the first time something like this has happened.

I never saw a staff so stupid, ordered 3 cheeseburgers today. did not get what I ordered. I can see this closing down. I actually yelled at the idiot who took my my order, What's wrong with you? 3 times, never got it. Lakewood so much better. 3 cheeseburgers, really!!

Arrived at 5:23 pm. Went inside to order. The store was clearly understaffed, but I was patient. I ordered 2 Baconator Double combos, substituting Frostys for the beverages. The order came to $26. Instead of Baconators, I received double cheeseburgers. Unfortunately, it was too far to go back, so I tried to call the store. The phone rings forever, then cuts off with a high tone. I am furious, but the best I can do is leave this review. It was actually the manager who packaged my order, and burgers and fries were being flung into bags with little care. Wendy's has always been my favorite "fast" food restaurant, but I'll never go back. I feel robbed at getting a far cheaper meal than what I paid for, with no way of contacting the restaurant directly. Horrendous experience.

Every single time I go thru this drive thru, they forget part of my order. I ordered 3 - 4 for $4's, they forgot the 3 burgers, so I guess 3 of my kids won't eat??? Get it together, Wendy's!

Almost everytime I get food from this location, it’s either completely wrong or cold. I worked at this location in high school and it wasn’t this terrible. I have no idea what happened the past few years, but it’s evident they just don’t care about giving a quality product. You should drive another 10 minutes to a different Wendy’s location to save the headache of them ruining a simple order.

It's chain garbage, not something anybody should reviewing or helping in any way. Nothing different between this trash food and the next fast food chain down the road, don't help corporations. They don't care about you. This shouldn't reflect on any of the people who work there, they're doing what they have to do I'm talking about the owners and the shareholders and the evil greedy people who make these garbage chains a reality. Avoid at all costs, go to Burger 25 instead.

Every time I go thru the drive thru my order is in correct. I order a hamburger but I get a cheese burger Every time and the fries are always cold.. I leave put my handy in the bag any they are not warm... Disappointed every time.
