“I love that they have more Choice of Meat than other common Thai restaurants. Usually there’s options of beef, chicken, shrimp or veggies, but here they also have calamari, crispy duck, crispy pork belly, mixed seafood (jumbo shrimp, calamari & mussels). The Drunken Noodles with crispy duck tastes very good and can’t believe it’s like a whole duck leg. The skin is crispy! I ordered 2 chili level and it’s sooo spicy so I guess next time I will go with mild, but it does tastes very good. The Crab fried rice is also yummy. Thought green curry can’t go wrong but not with beef. The beef is rough, but the curry itself is fine. I probably would avoid beef next time. Also tried the street food Kao Moo Dang which is roasted pork & crispy pork belly that we think it’s average. Would definitely come back to try something else that’s not common in other thai restaurant next time“

“02/10/2024 We've been here a few times lately. The last time we came here a few weeks ago, my wife had the Duck Tamarind which was probably the best duck either of us had ever had. Pretty sure I had the Drunken Noodles which was also, excellent. Then... we decided to try 'take out' and again, my wife had the Duck Tamarind, but I being a lover of curry, opted for the Duck Curry. This dish too was easily as excellent, maybe better than the Duck Tamarind (my wife is shaking her head 'no'). I had the Duck Curry again 'today'... and it was even better than the time we ordered take out and I'll tell you why. The takeout Duck Curry came with the sauce all over the duck, which while still very tasty, made the duck less 'crispy'. Today (yesterday actually) enjoying the duck in the restaurant, the beautiful duck was place on some pineapple swimming in the sauce, but not on top, leaving all that wonderful duck skin so nice and crispy. Excellent duck either way... but better enjoying it IN the Bistro. Oh... you have to try their Thai Corner Sampler. (See picture below.) The service might have been a bit slow, but only because they were so busy. However, the waitresses were always cheerful and courteous despite running around like crazy taking care of all the customers. They are also a BYO, so MORE bonus points!!!“

“Such a great family owned restaurant! We got: app (fried chive, crab Rangoon) meals (yellow wonton noodle chicken, chiang-mai know soi) dessert (coco/mango custard). Everything was delicious! Atmosphere is super cute & festive. Very clean. Staff was kind & efficient. We visited on a Sunday afternoon. Great prices & excellent portion sizes. “We went and got Drunken Noodles and Fried Rice. The lady who owns the place is super friendly and kind. It is a take out restaurant but the food is amazing. The service is very quick, we ordered and got fresh food in less than 5 min. Definitely going back.“

The Crispy Duck salad was phenomenal and so was the Thai curry chicken dish that I ordered. Beautiful ambience and great attentive service. “Delicious! I got the mango sticky rice, fried banana, wonton soup and papaya salad. Papaya salad I couldn't eat because even at spice level 1 or regular it was too spicy for me. The wonton soup was amazing. The fried banana is prepared different everywhere but this was fried in a spring roll wrap with chocolate syrup. D“

“We have several Thai places around where I live in Maplewood that are 10 minutes away but we go out of our way to go to Summit Thai, the food and service are always great; it's worth the drive. We love their Maple Street dish, along with the pad thai and red curry.“

“I would lean more towards 4.5 if I could rank it that, but super good, definitely would go back!! We got sat downstairs, a lot quieter than upstairs which was nice. Service was good - waitress was there when we needed her but did not see much of them since they were so busy, glasses were always full of water, food came out quick.
