“Have to bring it down a star, only because the service was terrible. Sat at a high top at the bar, ordered an old fashioned which never came so I made it a straight bourbon. Ordered the Thursday night rib eye special (Pittsburgh), perfectly cooked, but took about 30 minutes. Never received a napkin through my whole dinner, only had a fork because the waitstaff helper who brought the steak noticed I didn't have one. Should of left him the $4. On the way home was remembering that I saw on the online menu, a 20% gratuity is added to your bill. Oh well, if so, I wasted $4. Shame such a high end restaurant has such distracted help.“

“They offer the full Brazilian buffet experience, as well as a full menu. I have only had their Brazilian buffet package. They offer a full salad bar. They did a presentation for their various desserts at our table.Parking: Parking lot behind the building. Pull in spaces may be available to, or near, front of building.Wheelchair accessibility: There should be no issues.“

“I purchased a bone-in ribeye with mashed potatoes and broccoli for take-out. The food was ready when I arrived at the indicated time. The steak was properly cooked (medium rare) and was very tasty. The potatoes and broccoli were very good. I've always enjoyed the atmosphere at this particular restaurant. Service was acceptable and quick, but as it was take-out I feel odd about rating it higher.Parking: Usually slammed at dinner time. People park in the "To-Go" spots when dining in, which is unacceptable.“

“I went to the ChopHouse for the first time last night. It was a business dinner and I am really not a “ steak” person. Well, dining at this restaurant has shown me what I’ve been missing. Everything was excellent. I had the dry aged NY strip with a Kona rub and it was phenomenal. The seared crust on it was amazing and it was so delicious. It has made me a steak lover. I also had the opportunity to have the Brussels sprouts which were the best I’ve ever had. The truffle fries, mushrooms, blackened shrimp, creamed spinach and calamari ( which I don’t even like but was so good!) The portions of the apps and accompaniments were big enough that we could share between 6 people. Is it on the pricy side? Yes. But the portions were good and the food was excellent. I can’t wait to go back. The service was great as well.“

“Had dinner with my family. Samantha served us and was very attentive, pleasant and accommodating. Top notch table-side manners. Everything we ordered came out very quickly and just as requested. I ordered the fried coconut shrimp with loaded baked potato and a side of broccoli. The coconut shrimp was fried perfectly but I didn't enjoy the flavor. It was missing something. Other than that the food was really good and service A-1. We'll definitely be back.“

“After going to the Prime Rib at the Warwick and loving it for decades finally got to try them at Live Casino.Pros: Delicious food; best prime rib, Buzz's salad, oysters and lump crabcake; lobster tail add on. shared everything. Pretty much just as good as the originalThe only food neg was the potato skins. Too large too well done no potato left inside. wud not order. Also the crab cake very good but not great like the original.Fantastic wait staff; knowledgeable and attentive, very professional,,,, very rare these days. Everyone was great. Shout out to Kailyn!great bartender and drinks too!Cons: The atmosphere more like a raucous sports bar rather than the elegant fine dining setting of the original. Spending $300 plus I did not enjoy the ambience.... ppl very casual etc.So, we prob would not go back.Fortunately the Rittenhouse Grille took over the old Prime rib location snd has same menu.“
