We reccomend avocado toast, any ice cream or milkshakes, beachbums, or any coffee specials. I would give the atmosphere a 7/5 if I could, because HO-LY it's just the cutest in here. On occasion, they have live music, a very talented man who takes requests and even plays Taylor swift. The service is decent, but it can get a bit slow when the place is really packed. There are bike racks, a whole parking lot, and tables outside too. Go here. Please. You. Will. Not. Be. Disapointed.❤“
“Place is great! Owner is super nice and the employees are very nice as well. The first night we stayed in town the line was halfway down the block. So we waited until the next night to try. I got the peanut butter wipeout. I was very skeptical with cereal in ice cream. But it was awesome! Every bite had little pieces in and was great tasting! I will definitely be back next year! “On vacation in Atlantic City, looking for a place to make the breaking of my sugar fast worthwhile, and an ice cream sundae sounded like the right thing. Found the Island Creamery on Yelp and gave it a try. The couple behind the counter could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. The sundae was delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed it without a single thought of guilt. There is a great variety of frozen treats and the prices are good. I'll be back.“

“Great service and friendly staff, top-notch menu and awesome food. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because i never carry cash. I paid with card and was not able to tip the staff. I would highly suggest changing the payment system so the staff can be compensated from all customers willing, regardless of their form of payment. As a customer who also works in a tip-wage position, make it easier for your workers to make money for their fantastic service and hard work. Will gladly change my 4 stars to 5 if you make this change as this is an important issue to me. Thanks!“

The one thing that threw me off at first was that it is cash only. Otherwise, definitely recommend as a great spot to go with or without the kids.“

“We have always been a fan of Johnny B Goode Ice Cream Parlor for whir amazing ice cream sundaes and variety of flavors! Yesterday, however, they went above and beyond! My kids have peanut allergies, which is very hard to navigate when it comes to desserts. When we informed the staff member waiting on us, she made to sure to keep my children safe. They ordered rainbow sherbet, which does not contain peanuts, and she went into storage, pulled out an unused container and fresh ice cream scoop to fully ensure there would be no cross contamination! Navigating food allergies is so hard for parents, but when food service staff go that extra mile, it makes our day just little easier and that much brighter! Thanks for making this mama feel at ease while her kids enjoyed dessert!!!“

It delivers on the hot fudge aspect of the latter (always surprising to me to find ice cream shops without hot fudge), but the ice cream itself wasn't memorable.The two gals working the counter were friendly, but didn't know a lot about the flavors on offer and were quite simply wrong about something one of the flavors contained. Not a huge deal for me, but I wouldn't recommend this shop if you've any allergies.Overall, an old-timey-ish, somewhat pricey ice cream parlor.“
“The owners have been a Ventnor staple for decades now. My wife worked for them in High School when they were Custard's Last Stand, and now my daughter works for them at Sundaze. Great people, great ice cream. Wednesday is half priced waffles, load that waffle up with whatever ice cream and condiments you like....sooooo good!!!“
