All the shapes, styles and sizes your carb-loving heart desires will be found on one of these racks. Expertly made... dense, sturdy, flavorful, with a mighty crust (that'll give your Fixodent a workout!). Take a few steps towards the 'back' and now you're at the deli and it's overflowing with options. Each item looks bewitching and alluring and before you can even finish saying, "A pound of..." - somehow it's already sliced and bagged and the guy is waiting on the next item you need. (Maybe it's that luscious square of eggplant parm that they've intentionally left "posed" on top of the spatula or the Italian hot dog platter or that mountain of sauteed broccoli rabe that you know it's going to have that perfect 'bite'.) And as soon as you get home you immediately start crafting what's to be a most perfect sandwich with their seeded semolina, fresh ball of mootz (so creamy and delectable), and a few other odds-and-ends you snagged.
