They put my frosted doughnut upside down in the bag, which hardened and peeled off the frosting when I went to eat it. This is after the staff said out loud that they forgot our order while we were sitting in the lobby waiting for 15 minutes. When they realized, they were rude and gave us different excuses as to why they forgot. If they had more customer service or better employees that weren't under the influence, it'd be a much better location.

This dunkin donuts location is the best place to do do your online app ordering in town-their attention to detail on making sure your customized items are properly prepped, on-time and delicious. The drive thru is always easy, and friendly. One of the workers walked by the drive through window with a live pet bird on his shoulder…..Im no expert when it comes to food service, but I am pretty sure pet birds should not be near food that people are ordering…Aside from the bird thing, this Dunkin always gets orders wrong and when it is right its not fully cooked.

Sept 9, 2023 went in there to I grab a Gatorade and some donuts. Waited in the store for 5 minutes. When I went in there was only one car in the drive thru. Instead of help me after she got done with the first car in the drive thru. She took the next 2 car order right in front of me and I was waiting before them. Poor customer service.

Ordered a nitro cold brew with sweet cold foam and they gave me a regular nitro cold brew, but yet I paid more for the sweet cold foam employees need to start paying attention more to what they are giving
