Ordered hot tea with sugar, got black coffee with no sugar. Asked for a toasted corn muffin with butter ( which I get there several times a month) and got a plain muffin. Did not realize until home.
They just rarely get it right. Not once, not twice but like after 5 times they finally get a bad review. Very nice staff but that doesn't help if I'm charged something I didn't get, or ask for a bagel and get a doughnut.

Used drive-thru. Microphone was not working properly had an echo that made tje interaction difficult. Server was not paying. Attention when we finally arrived to window. Understandably he couldnt hear us through the system but when we began to ask for corrections to the order and even had to go back because missing he behaved dismissive, rude and showing no desire to interact with us.
