I’ve been here several times because it’s on the way out but I’m so fed up that I have to write a review. EVERY TIME I come here it’s always something . Last time my bagel had cream cheese when I asked for butter & my coffee had regular milk when I requested almond milk.Today my bagel was correct & my coffee has almond milk BUT OF COURSE THERE IS A BUNCH OF COFFEE GROUNDS IN THE BOTTOM OF MY COFFEE THAT I AM SUCKING UP MY STRAW !! I’m so done with this place! Never again ! It’s always a waste of money here !!!!

Used drive-thru. Microphone was not working properly had an echo that made tje interaction difficult. Server was not paying. Attention when we finally arrived to window. Understandably he couldnt hear us through the system but when we began to ask for corrections to the order and even had to go back because missing he behaved dismissive, rude and showing no desire to interact with us.

Always a problem with this Dunkin. Keep giving it another chance. Coupon didn't work, worker at the window was rude to my husband. Ordered a hazelnut macchiato and it was plain, husband got a hot chocolate and the cup was less than half full.

Waited 10 minutes inside of the lobby and still wasn’t helped by anyone. I stood right in front of the register, waited and waited to not have a single worker say a word to me. 10 minutes in the store and there wasn’t even a curiosity to say “we’ll be with you.” Nothing. The fact that I could stand in a store for ten minutes and not get service is absurd.

We waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line. We got to the speaker and didn't even get acknowledged until maybe another 10 minutes. The lady had an attitude as if she didn't want to be there and sounded very incompetent. It almost seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. They should really look into this Dunkin Donuts, fire the current employees, and hire new ones. They are horrible. I do not recommend.

Ordered two sausage, egg & cheese, got bacon egg & cheese instead. Service was always great, but this time, not so much.
Ordered hot tea with sugar, got black coffee with no sugar. Asked for a toasted corn muffin with butter ( which I get there several times a month) and got a plain muffin. Did not realize until home.

Bought two breakfast sandwiches and hash browns. The english muffins were stale and the hash browns were crushed at the bottom of the bag and reduced to a single mass of potatoes. Shame on those people to charge for food this bad.
