I was so disgusted by some of the service by some of the employees when I was waiting to pick up my order. I believe Jennifer was one of their names. She was extremely rude and I left unsatisfied. I also noticed her talking to other employees rude as well. She needs better training when it comes down to talking to people. Panera train your employees to be better people thanks !!!

I love Panera but this is my first time at this location and wasn’t a fan. The bread on the chipotle avocado chicken sandwich was soggy and the Mediterranean veggie sandwich was also cold after asking for the bread to be toasted. As for the atmosphere, a lot of the tables and chairs weren’t cleaned and made the experience sadder. BUT I will say the customer service is lovely because the Mediterranean sandwich was indeed made wrong and they were accountable and made a new sandwich so that was nice.

I stood at register waitingnfor someone to take my order. No one ever came. Meanwhile, an older male employee is looking at me not saying a word. He then walked a way. had to ask one of the younger employees who were preparing the food for help. Totally ridiculous!

Ordered an Asian Sesame Salad with Chicken. I asked for NO almonds as my daughter-in-law is allergic to them and there were almonds in the salad. The chicken was not edible as it was not fully cooked. Threw the whole thing out.Very disappointed.

I frequent this Panera Bread but not anymore! I selected the Tuna salad sandwich & Tomato soup (Duet Deal). I asked the cashier to put the Tuna salad on regular white bread which is usually no problem and I had a tooth ache and I didn't want any tough bread. The manager (Lynn) stated "you can't change the bread" which I was taken aback as the menu doesn't state what bread the Tuna salad comes with anyway. I didn't ask them to change the soup or anything over the top but not everyone likes certain types of breads. The least she could have done was to accommodate a customer with something so minor as two pieces of bread on their sandwich. I left over the principles of the situation and I hope others voice their disapproval of these type of tactics used at this particular Panera Bread in Watchung, NJ.

Had the cheddar broccoli soup I guess I was giving the last bit because there wasn't any broccoli, not sure what else goes in it but that wasn't there neither , just tiny specks of the broccoli head , I basically had cheddar soup smh If I had something other than cheese it probably would have been good
