Horrible experience. Stay away. Not my first time comomg here but it will be my last. Unprofessional staff. Walk in no one else in the store. The staff dart in the backroom and ignore me and my kids. I call out asking for assistance and just hear snickering. Not even a hello or any acknowledgment or indication that there is a problem. Go back to my car and can see both through the window standing in the back room chatting. Rude and unprofessional store. Went to the Falls Creamery a couple miles away after leaving there. A plus service and great tasting product. Save your money and your taste buds. Pretty much anywhere else is a better spot.

Asked for help and no answer although you can see them chit chatting in the back through the parking lot window. Hard to support a business that treats families like this. Stay away. Better places nearby who treat you well and have great ice cream. Not the carvel I remember from my youth.
