I've been here about 1/2 a dozen times, variable hours of the day. I don't understand others feedback being a low rating as this Dunkin has always taken my order correctly, made it correctly. When you enter it is a bright cheerful atmosphere, very clean. You are greeted every time politely.. In my opinion it is red carpet treatment therefore me giving 5 stars.
Unfortunately, I want to give this DD 5 stars due to perfect orders and friendly staff but today in the drive-thru I was able to hear one of the managers talk very rudely to an employee I see every morning a young tall girl with black hair, I was disappointed to see someone treated unfairly when I know this young lady works hard base of my point of view, I believe the manager name starts with a "V" or "B". I'll take my business back to Starbucks, thank you.

I was here 2 times ordered food and a drink. Both times I had to ask for my food after they gave me my drink. Other than that it was good. Can't tell you about the atmosphere because it was drive thru.
