Was inside waiting for 15 minutes at the register then was told to go to a place where there’s no register wait five minutes still no one took my order most amazing service in the world at not helping customers. Thank God this Dunkin’ Donuts exist because they hate customers.

I was here 2 times ordered food and a drink. Both times I had to ask for my food after they gave me my drink. Other than that it was good. Can't tell you about the atmosphere because it was drive thru.

Coffee cup lids never fit properly. Every sip hot coffee leaks out of cup. Every time cat brakes, coffee leaks out of cup. Unless you want a lawsuit for burns, get coffee cup lids that fit your cups. This is not a personnel issue, ladies do their best to wrap coffee cup with napkins.

There are many reasons that I am giving this particular Dunkin a negative review, and they are specific to my visit this morning:1. There was a customer-facing TV blaring music loudly, featuring rap music with very scantily clad women, depicting them disrespectfully. A Dunkin should be family-friendly and not be inappropriate!2. One of the young male staff members yelled out "Jesus Christ" as a curse word. As a Christian and as someone who cares about making others more comfortable, I am deeply offended by this. I don't want to give business to a place that demeans my religious beliefs.3. One of the staff members took her break in the customer area (fine, I have no problem with that) but then she used her speakerphone loudly making me uncomfortable to sit and eat nearby. It's bad enough if fellow customers are rude and make loud noise near me, but not the staff please!4. It was late Sunday morning and extremely busy and staff couldn't keep up with customers. I ordered online a few minutes before I arrived, and I waited at least 10 more minutes for two hot food items. After a 10+ minute wait I inquired and waited a few more minutes. The middle aged male staff member making the hot food was working extremely hard, but the system prioritized more recently arriving customers than myself. On top of that, the app didn't allow me to use an offer and a deal in the same transaction, so I didn't get a good value for my meal either.I will not visit this Dunkin location again!

Oh my God this used to be a good Dunkin' Donuts in today I've been on the line for 10 minutes through the drive-thru waiting for my coffee so the lady tells me sorry we're missing people today so hire more people that's the thing you got a business like the Dunkin' Donuts by my house in Long Island they always have over the people they need so this way if this happens they're always covered no matter what and I don't wait more than a minute on the drive-thru for my coffee they could be five people on the line I still don't wait more than a minute because they get them right out bing bing bing bing come on man get your game up

Like all franchises with crazy profits, they should pay their workers more. The guys at this place were hustling. All of them multitasking at crazy efficiency.

Let me start off by saying that I gave him my full order and then I went up to the window and he only had two things he forgot all the other things that I told him which is ridiculous then it took 10 minutes for me to wait for my stuff and then at the end they still forgot something and Magnemite coffees that on the counter after they handed me something at the drive-thru and I waited for somebody to hand it to me for a minute and then finally I had to call somebody over to say can you give me my coffee too and a straw they really need to stop smoking and working because they must be all stoned how do you forget an order they just told you 2 minutes ago so I advise you to just not go there unless you have an hour to waste

I've been here about 1/2 a dozen times, variable hours of the day. I don't understand others feedback being a low rating as this Dunkin has always taken my order correctly, made it correctly. When you enter it is a bright cheerful atmosphere, very clean. You are greeted every time politely.. In my opinion it is red carpet treatment therefore me giving 5 stars.
