The person behind the counter added a bagel to my eat-in order without my knowing and charged me for it. When I picked up my order it did not include this "extra" bagel I paid for. This is very strange - the person taking the order charged me extra for a bagel that the person making the order did not prepare...like it was a coordinated effort to pocket the extra couple of bucks. I understand if a mistake happens and I end up with an extra item, but for two people to charge for an invisible bagel is too much of a coincidence. They were polite and I got my money back, but this is suspicious, check your receipt for bagelgate.

This place falls short – the customer service is lacking, and the staff seems indifferent. When my salad arrived without dressing, I had to return to the counter, request it to go, and wrap it up myself, as they were reluctant to assist. Moreover, they failed to provide the dressing despite my efforts.

I ordered to eat in but when I picked up they wrapped the order- I told them that it was to eat in/ the guy behind the counter ( Charles)got rude & threw the bag on the counter. The other person behind asked me/ do you want a plate?Turned out he was the manager but when I asked for his name/ he said I dont have a name.They both were looking at each other as if I bothered them.

Asked me if I was going to dine in or take out, I said dine in. Given my soups and sandwich in a bag(no tray or bowls) and told I can just eat out of it on a table since they dont want to run their dishwasher. Why even ask if it’s going to be dine in if youre going to pack it? Genuine question…

I have the sip club so I come by regularly for drinks. The store wasn't full. Today I ordered a pumpkin muffin and a hot tea from the kiosk. The employee said hello to me as she walked out from the back, and asked if she could take my order. I said I placed my order at the kiosk. I was told in not the nicest mood to go to the back of the store. I did. Everyone back there was friendly. Made my hot tea and sat at a booth. The table was wobbling all over the place. The lightbulb in the sconce above my head was out, along with a few others around the store. The wall by me was dirty. I don't think the employees here are very happy, and it could be cleaner, but I'll keep coming back since it's an easy drink stop after Costco. The tea is consistent and the pumpkin muffin was moist and tasty, but it would be nice if someone put a little more care into this location.

They did not give us our whole order, we have to ask for a missing food, food was cold and the bathroom was filthy, here’s the picture disgusting !!

I ordered soup, sandwich bread and brownie for dessert. I asked if I could have a small cup for water only. The staff REFUSE, stating they were no longer giving out small cups for water. So if you are choking, Goodluck.We went to CAVA instead where the water is always free and happily dispensed to paying customers.
