Unless you are of a certain background you don’t get the same service at this Duncan. This is a prime example of how when a company chooses the wrong person to be in leadership they can devalue your brand. This was by far the worst experience. Paid customers are paid customers regardless of where they are coming

The employees are just fine. You can tell that there is not enough employees and they are multi tasking all the time. Food and drinks are terrible and very expensive. Sometimes you get old bagels or doughnuts and you can tell once you give it a bite. Full of people who stay there for hours at the time doing nothing (maybe homeless people I don’t know) so don’t plan to dine in. No one tells you good morning or gives you an smile. If you want to order you better speak up and say something. With all the options around you better spend your money somewhere else.

The older lady gave my a medium cup when I paid for large, went back to get my large cup and she was rude and nasty about it... unbelievable!

They won't ask you what you'd like as you approach the counter, but instead, will actually make you feel as though you're bothering them as you wonder if it's actually ok to order something.Don't expect a 'You're welcome!' when you thank them for the excessively priced burnt hash browns and odd tasting tea, but just stare at you, seemingly cursing your very existence as you leave. Probably in the top 3 rudest establishments on Earth.Tea was hot, but again, tasted very odd...Monday morning, let's get it goin'!

The coffee here is burned every time I come here. The iced latte is watered down. The avocado toast feels like it's a smaller portion than everywhere else I go. The guy seems annoyed making my order also. I don't think I'll come back since there are so many other Dunkin Donuts that are better nearby and there are plenty of other friendlier coffee shops nearby.
