The employees are just fine. You can tell that there is not enough employees and they are multi tasking all the time. Food and drinks are terrible and very expensive. Sometimes you get old bagels or doughnuts and you can tell once you give it a bite. Full of people who stay there for hours at the time doing nothing (maybe homeless people I don’t know) so don’t plan to dine in. No one tells you good morning or gives you an smile. I usually don’t come to Dunkin, I’m more of Starbucks girly so I was trying to decide what to get and the guy at the register was eager to help me select flavors I would like! My drink was really good and service was quick!
