It took them 17 minutes from the time we ordered at the drive thru to the time our food was brought out to us past the window. The food was ice cold and wrong items. Not going back to this location.

I waited 15 minutes when it was my turn to order for anyone to even acknowledge me then when I got to the window to get my food I was asked to pull up & they would bring it out to me. All I ordered was 3 cheese burgers with no pickles. So I waited another 15 minutes before I got my food which was for my husband who was in the hospital. Needless to say when my husband took a bite he said it was hard as a rock like it's been sitting around for hours. Plus it was red inside not cooked all the way. This Burger King is horribleservice, food & workers!!!! Definitely will never go there again. I highly recommend staying away from this Burger King on Rte 73 in Voorhees NJ
Ordered the new signature burger, bread was white not toasted, bacon very fatty, limp, not crispy. Not a reorder next time.
