Gentleman working the drive-up tonight was excellent. I had a long day and his smile and friendly demeanor made me smile. My order was correct, napkins in the bag, and quick service. I only spent a few minutes but left in a better mood. You never know when you can improve someone’s day, so take the opportunity to be a good person. My thanks to this employee - I hope management sees that he is recognized.
There was this amazing african american woman and she was incredible. We showed up at 10 pm ish and she blessed us so much with her amazing customer service and amazing communication. She makes these food chains wonderful. I know that its usually the customer that causes problems but this is why when the customer is reasonable and the worker is amazing as she was.
