I had probably the hottest fries I've ever had from a fast food restaurant at this location. Omg they were delicious. The girl at the drive though was a total vibe And my food has been made quickly correctly every time. I'll be back

I decided that I wanted to get a combo from the menu. I told my order as a #1 with cheese with NO Pickles and NO Onions, was sent out with pickles and onions on it anyway. Burger tasted 5 hours old, employee at drive thru can't take a customers order properly. If I was able to give a negative 5 star rating, I would have done due to having young adults that can't have a order place as customers request and having the order made fresh. Otherwise, I recommend that people should be choosy about going somewhere to get a good hot fresh meal that is known for very good food made.

Gentleman working the drive-up tonight was excellent. I had a long day and his smile and friendly demeanor made me smile. My order was correct, napkins in the bag, and quick service. I only spent a few minutes but left in a better mood. You never know when you can improve someone’s day, so take the opportunity to be a good person. My thanks to this employee - I hope management sees that he is recognized.

Literally at the drive up. And the man is telling me I can't place an order bc the system is down. System seems to go down every night at 10pm. Liarrrr!!
Terrible food. Ended up throwing it up after about 1hr later of having it. Started off with absolutely ridiculous stomach pains. Followed by...well you guessed it throwing it up. Probably because their meats and or vegetables are spoiled.

5th time in a row that my order was wrong. I ask all the time for no sauces, mayos, ketchups, etc. almost every time they put it in anyway. My order was two snack wraps. I wonder if my order was more complex how they’d handle it. Plus, someone please deal with the BUG problem over at the Caldwell location it’s getting ridiculous now! I’ll NEVER go there again! SO DISGUSTED!!

I give myself a one star for being stupid enough to go back there again and be disappointed again by the terrible quality of burgers and on top of that, they shortchanged me by not giving me the onion rings I ordered.

There was this amazing african american woman and she was incredible. We showed up at 10 pm ish and she blessed us so much with her amazing customer service and amazing communication. She makes these food chains wonderful. I know that its usually the customer that causes problems but this is why when the customer is reasonable and the worker is amazing as she was. The transaction is so smooth and memorable. Please give this woman a raise ir a bonus or a paid day off. I didnt get her name and i should have. It was on october 10th at around 10 pm at the west caldwell burger king. She was abit older but despite the physical display she has the soul of a 20 yeat old. Keep rocking on you amazing woman. ?
