“I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts location randomly last week as I don’t usually get my coffee there, but I just happened to be going through a rough situation in my life and needed somewhere to shelter and put something in my belly and the girl working that day, Kara, was so kind and helpful that she changed my whole day, going far above and beyond anything I’ve ever seen from a coffee shop employee. I barely had enough money for a coffee even though I was so hungry and this employee bought me a sandwich out of her own pocket, and then spent her half hour lunch break talking to me while I waited for my ride and she absolutely made my day. This girl was so sweet and helpful and deserves some kind of bonus or promotion, because I will now be a regular customer at Dunkin’ Donuts especially if they hire more people who actually care like Kara did for me that day“

“Besides just how adorable and perfect these look they were the most amazing donuts ? not overwhelmingly sweet- the actually donut isn’t glazed so it’s the perfect amount of sugar and savory. Highly recommend if you need a dessert to take somewhere or a gift. We got the assorted 16 box for less than $15, very affordable. They also personalize for events which i thought was a cute fun way to celebrate for future events!“

“I forgot it was my turn to prepare breakfast for the church group. Hurried down to this store and ordered 25 breakfast sandwiches. The manager was friendly and did not give me any issues. Got out of there in 20 min. All said it was delicious. Saved my day, thank you!“

“I stopped in the other day out of curiosity and I was greeted by a super nice guy named Chris. He explained some really cool things gave me a tour downstairs and I was very impressed . Great customer service and I look forward to going back . Plus the shake and aloe Vera shot were fantastic. I highly recommend“

“Lianne was very good, she toasted my bagel very well and put I nice amount of cream cheese. Bareka was very kind also she made my hot chocolate very nice and did a good ratio of whip cream and the drink. The store look very clean and then I noticed Amanda sweeping and mopping, I even complimented her on it.“

“Very surprised at some of the negative reviews here. The people in the drive through are always very friendly to me. My order has never been incorrect. Sometimes there is a small wait, but also keep in mind that I go there on my morning commute during rush hour so a lot of people want their coffee! Any other time they're usually pretty fast. Also, the server at the window bought me a donut for being cheerful, and I thought that was very nice!“

“fast open late mobile ordering pay and it's ready for me to pickup i thought they were lying about the 10pm close, all the location perks and contact less and order before pay any way you want via credit, ilor add to gift card balances and use their perks!! For its rival Starbucks to compare as it should be fair this is the winner of most stores and open, times and ways, and took me back when i figured I'd be waiting like Starbucks. A+ in lockdown“

“I go to this Dunkin every day and the employees are fantastic but my favorite is Rose. She is so accommodating. She knows my drink perfectly, I don't know what it is but whenever she makes it, it tastes the best. I always ask for her when I go in, if she is not there her son Lucas always can make it practically as good as his Mom. Once she was out of work I'm not sure why I was so concerned about her after a few days I decided to go in there and find out what was going on and there she was back at work. I was so grateful to see her smiling face. She is such a joy and so happy and friendly at work, no matter how busy she is she always is kind and gives great service. She us the best they have in there and stands out from everyone, what she does 3 people cannot do she is that good!!! Thank you Rose for all you do your a true shining star!! Xo“

“TLDR: spacious and fantastic service Tuesday (6:30pm)Table for 3 I wouldn't write a review for a Dunkin' Donuts, but felt the need to for this location because of the great service we received! They have the same menu items as any other DD. We ordered the cheddar bagel twist, chive & onion stuffed bagel minis, and a frozen matcha latte. They only had 1 chive & onion bagel mini left so to compensate, they gave us that plus 2 plain ones. We were seated at a table and they brought the matcha latte out to us and apologized for the wait (although we weren't waiting that long) and offered us a complimentary donut. Really appreciate the friendly service!“
