I've ordered from multiple pizza restaurants in the West Milford area and have been disappointed with the lack of service, forgetting a topping, missing part of an order. They don’t pretend to be anything fancier than they are (they’re as un-fancy as a place can get), nor do they put on any airs when all you want is a slice and a Snapple.A busy man - most likely the owner - will take your order in between the conversation he’s having with the other person behind the counter, and there are old, now defunct, coin-operated bubble gum machines up against the wall, and a small menu with very likely little variation from the menu that started it all for them in the mid-70’s is lit up with press-letters in the standard see-through red you grew up seeing in pizza places as a kid.The place is freaking perfect. I’ve been going there for roughly the past 2-3 months and every time I go there they usually have 2 counter young girls working. One time I went and There was only 1 counter girl working, Brunette girl. This was a Friday which is known to be one of Tj’s busier days and this one girl was working by herself. It was easy to see she had a lot of calls to pick up and things to do/people to help and it was noticeable that she was feeling a little stressed or overwhelmed as the line of people was about 4-5.
