Got the chicken which supposedly to be their signature dish. I don't know if they changed the chef but I could taste the chicken was very frozen and meat was very dark all across. Also green sauce was kind of brown not the same as it used to be. Very very dissapointed . With that said I would say the best part of the combo was the salad which I had to add my own dressing. It used to be very good and quality was excellent, so sad this place lost its soul.

The food is delicious. It's a small restaurant great for take out. You may be able to enjoy a meal there but when there is a lot of orders be prepared to wait. The server tries very hard but gets over whelmed with a couple of people. I'm guessing it's normal because they aren't used to many orders at once. I heard a couple of people complaining over the wait, but he was very courteous and the food is delicious so it's worth it.

I really enjoy the food here. Any place that has Peruvian breakfast is alright in my book. The jalea - fried seafood dish, is on point. It comes in a large portion and a side of the amazing combination of red onion, cilantro and lime as many places have. I have also tried chicharron de pescado to go. The styrofoam container was at the bottom of our order and was completely flattened by the time I drove two blocks home. The flavor of the dish was good, it came with a side of fried yuca and some green sauce (spicy). The food is good. The service has always been ok. My problem with this place is the consistency. For a while I thought this place was closed. Every time I passed by, on different days, at different times of day the place was closed when it was supposedly was open according to the hours listed on the door. Also, I've paid card here and well as have been told cash only. I'm not sure what's causing this inconsistency but there are times I just rule this place out to avoid the headache.

The most horrible place! Portions are small and not fresh! They have sticker on the door that they accept any credit cards. but when I try to pay my bill i was told that they only accept cash.

I unfortunately will no longer come back to this place. My husband decided to go there one afternoon for the lunch special. One of the dishes contained almonds. My husband, who is allergic to almonds, unknowingly purchased that dish. He went home and began to eat and suddenly felt his throat begin to itch and lips begin to swell. He called the restaurant and asked if there was any nuts in the plate. They responded by saying no. A few minutes back they call my husband saying that the dish contained almonds. My husband immediately took some Benadryl which helped greatly. He asked the waiter why they didn't alert buyers that there were nuts in the dish and the waiter simply said that it was a main ingredient and that it should be known by the buyer what ingredients are included. That's a bizarre expectation considering my husband is not from the country. They also were refusing to refund him the money and even denying to offer him another plate. They kept on saying that it's a loss of money for them not knowing that we could have taken legal matters if we wished. My husband went back to the restaurant and requested to speak to a manager who was extremely rude and inconsiderate of what had transpired. He ultimately refunded him the money after disputing that we were in the wrong. For anyone who goes here and is allergic to nuts please make sure you ask to know what ingredients are used.
