“This place is a gem.
The best time to go is at around 3:00. The restaurant was virtually empty when we arrived and we were seated immediately.
As soon as we ordered our food, it was on our table within 7 minutes.
Our waiter was very kind!
I highly recommend the Rainbow roll and the Kinya Ramen bowl.
The serving sizes are large and more than enough for one person.
My boyfriend and I plan to return for the excellent food and upstanding service.

“I had the pancakes and turmeric latte on Friday (11/22/24) and ordered online delivery Saturday (grilled cheese). This is how amazingly delicious the food/latte is. I took my friend for her first visit and she said the latte felt like a hug and the simple egg sandwich was delicious! We left and didn't feel heavy. I'm not a latte drinker but I have tasted my twin sister's when she orders from the big businesses. Disgusting!! I tried the turmeric latte for the health benefits of the turmeric and was skeptical. Oh my heavenly goodness. Now, THIS IS A HOW A LATTE IS SUPPOSED TO TASTE!! DELICIOUS!!!!! I'm surprising my twin sister with a turmeric latte for her after work treat. This is how an atmosphere should feel. Noone needs LOUD music when they're eating and want to share a conversation.”

“Our family had the special cajun shrimp last night and found them to be excellant. our meals were the skillet steak, spinach salad with steak, nicholas anthony pasta and shrimp scampi. all of them were excellent. we will be back again!”

“We came here spontaneously and we were pleasantly surprised. Staff was professional, well mannered and welcoming. Atmosphere was romantic and classy. The food was absolutely great. A contender for the best lasagna I have ever had(and I have eaten at some great places in Manhattan), and the crab cake and shrimp were extraordinary as well. I had the chocolate mousse cake and my fiancee had the tiramisu, both were great for our individual palates. I like intense chocolate flavor, so it was perfect for me. The tiramisu was light and had a great balance of flavor. All in all, we had a great experience. We'll be back next time we are in the area, and we already recommended Primavera Ristorante to our friends.”

“My fiancé and I play this alphabet game where we go A-Z and eat at a different restaurant beginning with each letter that we have never eaten at before. Needless to say, this was our “W.” We drove 45 minutes from North Brunswick and it was so worth it, we were truly satisfied. For appetizer we got; scallops butter yaki, chicken katsu, scallion pancakes, clear soup, miso soup, seaweed salad, and mango prawn salad. We ordered 4 specialty sushi rolls; blue crab fantastic, tropical, jersey, and rainbow dragon. For dessert we got bubble tea which was on the house 😊 we will definitely be back to eat here again! The only negative thing I have to say is that the place was very small inside and not many seats available for dine in as most of their business appears to be take out, but the food and service were so good that it cancels that out. Can’t wait to eat here again!”

“Nice place hasn't been open very long. They have a good amount of sauces to choose from. Chicken tenders are juicy and a decent size but I will say the chicken breast for the sandwich should be better or maybe start using the tenders for the Chicken Sandwich as they are big enough to be one. The breading seems to have more flavor than the actual meat. They provide a decent amount of fries but again needs a little bit more flavor.... You probably can add a little salt I had the garlic parmesan. Combo meals is decent pricing.

Not necessarily a sit down place but there are tables (3). Most people seem to do take out. Establishment is clean and staff is accommodating also informative.

Parking: Depending on the time that you go. You may find street parking. Usually that area you do find one.”

“Best fried chicken around. We ordered the 6 piece meal and the pieces are huge. Friendly staff as well. Also tried the fries, mashed potatoes, and coleslaw as sides and can't complain about any of them. The one drawback was the jumbo shrimp was a bit on the salty side. Parking in the back. Pricing is great especially these days. All the food is made to order so be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes if you order there but it's def worth it. They have a high chair as well for those who need one.”

“The other day I got, Jersey Mike’s Subs, for lunch. I had ordered their Cancro Special in a wheat wrap. I also got a bag of MissVickies Jalapeño Chips, a brownie, and a drink. The wrap was fairly mid. The wrap itself tasted a bit stale, and lowers my score greatly. The meats and veggies were pretty good, and tasted fresh. The staff was really nice and attentive, they made sure my order was correct. They thought I was a Jersey Mike’s lifer because the item I ordered isn’t on their menu, it’s kind of a secret menu option. The brownie was ok too, prob wouldn’t get it again. All in all, this experience was fairly mid, and the staff and atmosphere greatly impacts my total score.”

And I have to say Hands Down - BEST PERUVIAN FOOD around!! (And ive tried many) We sampled some Arroz mixto (mixed chaufa rice w/chkn & beef), mild Ceviche and Chicharron de Pescado (fried fish chunks, Flan, Chichamorada and Emoliente (Emolient-a traditional warm diuretic) WOW..Also, The service given by CAMELIA was top notch! She was so kind and good hearted and so patient, as we were the last customers there (Tuesday's they close at 8pm!!) She will Never turn anyone away. If you're looking for some good, reasonable Peruvian food..look no more. Give them a try, I know you will Not be disappointed. ??MEJOR COMIDA PERUANA...PUNTO!! Getting in to lot is easier than getting out. Being it's location is at a corner which is often busy. Hard to turn left out of the lot due to the traffic pattern. Love the food there.

“I don’t understand the negative reviews. I live in The Pleasantdale section of WO and for 40 years I’ve tried every Chinese restaurant between WO and Verona.

Over the previous years all of my “go to” places have been stinking it up. Small portions, less flavor and egg rolls have become a joke.

Peking House has nailed it. Egg rolls are old school large, steamed dumplings are fantastic, general Tao chicken, egg foo young, and house special Lo mein packed with flavor and large portions.

Great food I’ll definitely order from here again.”

“I recently discovered a hidden gem in West Orange, NJ – Folklore Artisanal Taco – and it instantly became my go-to spot for authentic and delicious tacos. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Sonya, who was taking orders with a warm smile and exceptional kindness. Her attentiveness and great recommendations added to the delightful experience.

I decided to try the shrimp tacos based on Sonya's suggestion, and they did not disappoint. Each taco was generously loaded with perfectly cooked shrimp, nestled in a soft corn tortilla and topped with fresh onions and cilantro or mixed cabbage. The side of salsa verde and aioli was the perfect complement, adding a burst of flavor to every bite. With four tacos per order, it was a satisfying and hearty meal.
