On one occasion, the server was rushed and the lettuce in a salad and wrap was warm instead of cold. The vegetarian options are limited, and there is a hope for more vegan options in the future. A kids' menu is available, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, there was an issue with undercooked food in a buffalo chicken sandwich, kids' pancake, and carrots. Despite these problems, the iced mocha coffee received positive feedback.
