I waited 16 minutes before I got my order in, because three girls were having their conversations, and then when my friends and I were being helped by one person, the other two refused to help my friends and went on to other people who had just arrived. It’s prodigious and disgraceful, how the staff here conducted.

I would never go back to this cold stone again. Need new employees with great customer service. My order wasn’t prepared when I place the order and one of the employees didn’t have on gloves or hair net. This was a very unwelcoming place and they didn’t have the fudge brownie ice cream and I should been reimburse for my money. I went to plenty of cold stones and this was one of the worst I’ve ever been to. The rest were clean and welcoming. Please do better not happy.

Came for Ice Cream at 9:15pm, 45 minutes before closing, & the doors were locked because apparently they were closing already. There were customers inside but they weren’t allowing people in anymore. If the location is supposed to close at 10pm why are they locking their doors 45 minutes before the closing time listed. Ridiculous!

An order was placed today for delivery. An hour later, the door dasher was still waiting for my order to be prepared. I called to confirm they received my order, and that it was being prepared. The male was very impatient and short with me, then just hung up the phone. The dasher alleges they never received my order, then stopped responding and didn’t pick up my phone. Not sure what scam they have going on here but it’s despicable. I’ll go out my way to go to another location and avoid this one if I’m going to get service like this…

Placed an online order for pick up an hr ahead of time. Arrived for pick up and waited an additional 30 mins. After arriving home with the 11 items ordered. None of orders that required cake batter milk shakes and ice cream were all sweet cream. Orders with mix in’s were weren’t mixed in they were whole. Top of my $116 order order left a 10% tip for the order size. Next time I’ll just walk in and give them the order in person and make sure what they’re doing is correct. I don’t mind paying the money but get the orders rite.

I went to Cold Stone Creamery at Essex Green last week to try their available-for-a-limited-time Boo Batter ice cream before the Halloween season ends. The woman who took my order was friendly and wrapped up my order to go (Boo Batter with Oreos in an orange waffle cone) and packed it in a bag for me so it was safe to travel. She was friendly and provided good customer service.
If I could give them - (negative) 10 stars I would ! We created an online order for pick up!! Once we arrived for pick up, we immediately noticed there were 3 ice creams in the bag versus 5! ( No employee mentioned they ran out of the other requested ice cream and would have allowed us to walk out without the ice cream that we prepaid for), without offering a refund of-course!After waiting for an extended period of time, we finally was helped and chose flavors that were available !Our ice cream was missing, toppings! The extra cones we paid for were missing, we weren’t given any spoons!Staff had no hair nets or no gloves! It was the worst cold stone experience ever! Never again ! Do not patronize, I will be going there personally to get my money back !!!!!!The staff was unprofessional ! It was a mess!Never again!

Don't not buy smoothies here they will make it then add some ice cubes to the cup idk why they don't pre mix the ice but the straw doesn't even go down the cup I was waiting for 15 min to be disappointed find a better spot

The one star is being generous. This place is embarrassing. I’ve never seen customer service so bad before in my life. Will take you over an hour to get an over priced cup of ice cream while the employees are on their phone, not caring about a darn thing. It’ll be quicker for you to crawl to the headquarters in Scottsdale and back than for you to try to get anything at this location. Stay away, and drive to a farther location. Also, their music is on far too loud and typically a terrible playlist.

Let’s see how we can start this horrible service over priced ice cream walked into the store and waited 20 minutes to get a medium cup of ice cream for my daughter. The entire experience was horrible and probably the worst ice cream place to ever get service from it started with music blaring in the store, where the employees could not hear any of the customers so they had to ask more than once. How can I help you? What is that you said of course you can’t hear them because the music that they were playing was extremely loud, inappropriate and vulgar on top of this. there was no manager to be found. The store was crowded. The cleaning of the countertops was nonexistent. Also, the employees that worked skipped over customers and then handed customers ice cream cups with no tops, and no napkins, a complete and horrible disgrace when it comes to ice cream service if you wanna spend extra money on something that is simply not worth it, I recommend that you go here not only to waste your money, but also your time this was probably the worst establishment I’ve ever been in, and if I could give them those stars I would give them. A -10
