Something needs to be done about the drive thru and parking, there is a Kessler Rehab center and I feel it doesn't belong there, I honestly think that the McDonald's next door should be next to the "Dunkin Donuts.." maybe the Kessler can be switched to the McDonald's location instead, do a switch, cause it gets pretty crowded...

Food was great so was the drinks but to pay $49.14 to then get accused of trying to steal food was just ridiculous. My husband kids and I will never return after the terrible experience. Manager was very unprofessional and so was the employee at drive thru. I work in drive thru and I don't provide such disgusting service. ?????Edit: my first experience is my last. YOU as a boss are what you hire in your business. I will not be returning for a late apology.

The worse dd I ever went to ….. I had to whait on line almost 30 min on drive truh and when I got finally was about to order this guy told me to go and order by the window ……. Never again get some people who really wants to work because these people who are working are slow slow slow …… if I had a way to leave the drive truh I would ????

I hate having to order via a kiosk for app. That is the reason for one star. The staff, when we finally got to talk to them was helpful. The food was as expected. The seating area was nice.

The morning cashier with all the tattoo’s on his hands is rude as hell. I keep coming out of convenience but I can’t take his nasty attitude and his disposition in the morning. A little smile, hello or a little response would go a long way.At first I thought maybe he’s having a bad morning. Every morning is a bad one for him. Nobody wants to be greeted with attitude every morning.
