“An all around great experience! Food was delicious, a great variety mixed with some classic dishes, so there is something for everyone. The shrimp appetizer was incredible. Cocktails were delicious with great wine selections as well. Atmosphere was bustling and busy but not loud and somehow still maintained intimacy and the ability to have a conversation. I will definitely be back!“

“Patrick was an excellent server from start to finish! He was pleasant and attentive and made our stay a good one. Every dish was delicious. The octopus was well seasoned and so so soft! The crab cake was great, despite it being fried and the avocado arugula on top was a nice accompaniment. The French fries and shrimp tempura roll also did not disappoint. The ambiance is sexy and a complete vibe. And the intermittent passing NJT train is not disruptive by any means. We’ll def return and you should give it a try!“
“Felt like an upstate ny bar very cool people very nice bartender Very attentive and the food was all freshly made. Def will be back if we are ever in the area. “I was looking for a decent restaurant for lunch while visiting relatives in the Montclair area. A friend from the area recommended Eagan's. Great recommendation! We had fried calamari, thick cut fries, chicken wings, bangers and mash and fish tacos. Everything was excellent. Our server was fantastic. I would go back again...and again.“

I always get the basics the first time I eat at an Italian joint—I figure if they can’t do chicken parm, what use are they….big portions, moist, with a distinct red sauces-in a good way.The staff was super attentive, but we went early and this place is obviously an event/party type place—tons of beer on tap, a stage, etc. the waiter said the chef has been there for 20+ years, and it showed. “Great vibes! My partner is Guyanese and I’m plain black American and I love the carribean vibes! Food is amazing. Servers are super sweet and attentive. If you don’t like carribean vibes this isn’t the place for you. I’d come every weekend if I could afford it !“
“The food was very tasty cooked perfect and the seasoning was amazing. I highly recommend the butternut squash soup and the Chix Milanese the dressing waw so good that the chef put in the dish I also had the blueberry cobble that was amazing an explosion of warm blueberries in every bite.
