As i was sitting down enjoying my yogurt, one of the employees started to sweep under my feet and table, I ask her to stop ( because I'm eating) she said "i don't speak English) and continues to sweep over my feet . Table in front of me has a couple sitting there she never went by their table to sweep. I approached the manager to express my grievances as I have been a loyal customer for 3 years.It was clearly racially profiled and I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN.

The bagels are one of the best in the area. Not doughy like others remind me of some NYC places.Parking: small parking area but there is more parking towards the rear of the establishment.

Today, 10/14/2023, I ordered a Manhattan cheese steak.. my usual and I discovered pork bacon pieces in my food. This sandwich does not contain any bacon. Secondly, I have not consumed any pork products for over 15 years for personal reasons. I’m totally upset. I pulled the bacon out to examine it further . I called West Orange location without a resolve, poor customer care! I asked for the manager and he was not there, allegedly. The women that answered rushed me off of the phone. I proceeded to make a corporate complaint as well. I can understand why it’s a complaint about cleanliness and food care. 0 stars here

Awesome little bagel spot, they have really good fresh bagels and breakfast selections. Clean store and friendly service. Decent sized parking and fast service. Will definitely be back.

Ordered bacon egg and cheese with extra bacon and one extra egg. Woman told me it was 2 eggs normally and I'd be getting 3. When I got home I realized I had only 2 eggs and the amount of bacon was questionable for a bacon egg and cheese nevermind extra bacon.Biggest rip off I've ever dealt with. Was charged $5 for a side of bacon that when combined equalled the amount you would get in only 1 regular slice of bacon. So I paid $5 for one slice of bacon when you get down to it.
They got my order wrong. I went back and asked for the sandwich as ordered, which they corrected (with attitude). Checked my account that night to discover they double charged me! If you cant honor your customer you don't deserve to be in business. Will never go back there and will spread the word within the medical community around them.

The food has always tasted great, but once I saw the lack of effort to handle food with safety and cleanliness, I was turned off. Today, the man who I assume is the manager, with his bare hand, picked up a croissant and put it on a tray. Mind you, I had just order a croissant sandwich and was still waiting on it. Not too long after, he’s wiping his face with his hands. Not the sight you want to see from someone making your food. The other workers had gloves on which I appreciate. But if you’re working in the food industry, don’t piss people off by thinking you don’t need to wear gloves. I’m sure his hands were unclean. Should’ve gotten my money back.
