Fast, clean, and staff is okay. Better than most McDonald's in the area. I live in East Orange and I don't go there or in Orange I drive here to West Orange to have a meal. That says alot.

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for 40 years. As a small child back then we looked forward to picking up our hot fudge sundaes and bringing it home. So now I see they never have sundaes or mcflurries to sell for desert—they become unavailable . How come?

Awful! Uber eats got here and the food was cold the driver said they were so rude to him and when I opened 3 out 6 I teams were missing!!!!!!! The fries was disgusting and they burger was cold outside and inside. Do better!!!!

This place for the last few times has tend to mess up my order no matter if you do a kiosk drive-thru or the mobile app I don't get the point of the customization if they don't do anything with it and I have received a phone call saying they were going to do something and they never did I called a few times and still haven't heard anything back

The place was very dirty with tables not clean, table numbers left on empty tables long after patrons were done.
Understaffed and the manager dismissive of customers, her name is Erica according to a staff member whom I had to request several times to give me the name for that woman.We told her we were waiting for our meal for over 30 minutes. It wasn't a big order, just 7 things. 2 Mcchicken,3 fries, 20pc nuggets and 1 soda. They can't even produce this.Orders are taking in general too long for a few items for everyone.Erica is the worst staff member there, I highly doubt that's her actual name because the staff there were very reluctant to provide her name.

Best place to go to pack on the pounds!Parking: Only bad thing is to get to the parking area you have to wait behind drive thru traffic which can take a considerable amount of time.

I have been coming here for over 25 years. I came today, November 18, 2023 to eat breakfast. The lady at the counter was okay with her customer service skills. The other lady brought my food and it was not hot at all.I ordered decaffeinated coffee and it was like warm like, it's been sitting from last night and they rewarmed it up. I did not enjoy my food at all and I will not be coming back.
