Food and service is pretty good but the pricing doesn’t make sense to me. 3 times and 2 of the times I was really curious about what I was charged for. This last time I asked for extra syrup and I think I was charged $2.50. I think I was better off going to the supermarket. If I ever eat from here again I’ll keep my order very minimal and bring cash because 2 out of the 3 times I was here, I was surprised when I was given the total. It’s not a bad place to eat but for what I ordered today… I paid almost double of what I would have paid if I would have bought the same thing down the hill.

I clearly ordered a Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap which I always do to take to night work with me. This time they put bacon in the wrap (don’t know why). When I started to eat half of the wrap that’s when I noticed that they put bacon in it. I am a Muslim and was very disgusted when which I ended up throwing the other half out of the window. When I called the deli the next morning and explained what happened, the manager Emily said to me “ I don’t know how you didn’t notice it had bacon in it”. It is wrapped and from the outside all you see is chicken. I asked her for a refund for the wrap and Emily says no to me because I ate half, which I didn’t, I ate half of a half when I noticed the bacon. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life, all I asked for was a refund or just make me another wrap without bacon because of your mistake.

Came here for breakfast and got scammed. I ordered on a platter egg whites, 1 sausage and 1 Hashbrown... my bill was $14. Given the recent increase in prices, majority of places I eat in NY or NJ, I pay no more than $10 for the same order. Relatively only pay average of $7-$9. When asking the lady why is it this much, no answer just a laugh and here is your receipt. Never again, go somewhere else
I ordered a sandwich, asked if they had rye bread, and they said yes. Then, without telling me, they added $2.50 to the cost of the sandwich! I've never had that happen anywhere else. The sandwich was okay, but they need better communication with customers. Do not plan to return.
