“Having grown up with Texas breakfast tacos I was excited to see a spot in Philly to create what I was missing from home. Bfast taco was good, flavor was def there. A bit on the pricier end for a breakfast taco, even with a homemade tortilla. Was hoping all salsas were given out as well, tried the guaijlo , had good flavor. Not sure if I’ll be a reg just because they’re pricey. But I do appreciate what they are bringing to Philly.“

“Food is great very creative I’d recommend the shrimp taco, new favorite place drinks are good too not watered down like other places. Service here is awesome. Leah is great our second visit she remembered my name she treats her regulars like we visit everyday. At one point I thought she was the owner bc she does such a great job running the place. This is now my favorite place to go.“

“I wanted to try something different today. I checked out the menu for this place a couple of times over the last few months. Today was the day to finally give it a shot and my stomach and I are elated that I did. I had the California screaming burrito (or something like that). It was SO FLAVORFUL. I could not stoping eating until it was all done. I will be returning again VERY soon. The staff were incredibly nice especially given the fact that I went in right around closing time. Try this place and try it soon. Sorry Chipotle but umm.... There maybe a new sheriff in town.“

“The thing that blew me away was the service. The waitress was all about making sure that we had the best time ever. They were super friendly, knew their stuff, and hooked me up with killer recommendations. Although, the atmosphere seemed a bit dull, but nevertheless a cozy and comfortable place to dine at.But let’s talk about the real deal: the tacos. Holy guacamole, they were out of this world! I’m talking about taste explosions that would make your taste buds do the happy dance. We got shrimp and chicken tacos with soft tortillas. The meats were seasoned to perfection, and the tortillas were legit homemade goodness. Each bite was like a party in my mouth. We seriously couldn’t get enough! So, if you’re looking for a taco experience that’ll blow your mind, do yourself a favor and hit up this joint.“

“I love this place so much. It truly is a Gem within my city. I always come in for the Acai Bowls, & Elotes. They’re so welcoming and pleasantly vibrant, really spoken to the heart of their culture. There’s no place like this anywhere near me so I’m thankful for this family owned business. ❤️“

“Good food but a little expensive for what it is. I did a make your own bowl and one of their specials and it ended up being about $40. It was hard to tell what cost extra. The food seemed clean, healthy, and was yummy! The decor inside is really nice as well.“

“Went out to Coco’s Cocinas for the first time and I will definitely be back. The food was an amazing and my server was one of the sweetest girls ever! I got the tacos and my partner got the enchiladas. I believe my servers name was Brooke? I was told she works Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. If you go on these days I recommend asking for her she is so pleasant, sweet, and working while getting her degree! I’ll definitely be back and happy to see the restaurant prioritizes good food and a good staff!“

“So disappointed. I get slow service, I really do but there’s a line. It’s even worse when everything you order has to be sent back. Everything. I’ll leave it as screwing up a child’s grilled cheese. They take your CC before you even order and add 20%. That’s cause they knew they suck. Under cooked brussels sprouts, fine Ordered 2 corns only got one, fine 2 kids grilled cheese. 1 had complete folded pieces of sliced cheese, not even melted. Both fries smothered in pepper. Sent that back only to have the fries come back smothered in salt this time these are for children with children eat fries, smothered and pepper and salt. ordered steak fajita medium no rice came on a better rice steak well done. Sent it back for just no rice so I’ll take it the rubber meat. completely ruined my daughter’s 20th birthday. Thanks a lot.“

“Great casual option with a large and varied menu that has something for everyone! We kept it simple and shared chips and guac, and each had an entree (quesadilla and burrito). All the food was good, but nothing struck us as a must recommend either. The restaurant has a lot of customers collecting take out and was full on a Friday night, so the servers were kept busy. It took us a little bit to get our order in, but once it was food was fast. It was also 6pm on a Friday though! We loved the decorations and ambiance. It looks like they have limited outside seating as well for nicer weather. It is BYO, and what I wish we realized in advance is if you bring liquor you can mix it into cocktails! I think they even made margaritas for the table next to us with their tequila bottle. Definitely looking to try that next time!“
