Easily the best sushi experience I’ve ever had and I will be returning. Servers were so attentive and also knowledgeable about everything I was being served. Great portions, flavors and everything was as fresh as can be. Came for lunch and will be returning for dinner with a bigger party.

Service was friendly but needs work. Didn't seem like they was a dedicated waiter for my table. -we ordered seltzer. Requested large bottle and they said they had. But they didn't. -when we ordered seltzer for table and said we didn't need tap but 3 diff waiters brought tap over. -we order some sushi and they didn't bring soy sauce when they brought dish. We had to ask. - we ordered the galbi burgers. It's come with some sides which they didn't bring with the order. We had to ask before they' brought it over. -they brought one of our orders to another table. Food was good otherwise/ambience was ok. Surprisingly the booth wasn't as comfortable as I would have thought. Management oversight to get things fixed is needed. Didn't even know if a manager was there.

I SIMPLY cannot wait to go back. This is my personal favorite omakase in NJ and I've been to 6 different omakase restaurants. All the courses were amazing. The most notable was the abalone dish, and the WAFFLE. YES THE WAFFLE. It is so delicious in a way I cannot even explain. It's so weird to say my favorite waffle I've ever had was at an omakase place, but damn was it DELICIOUS. I'm going back soon, hopefully they never change the dessert. The atmosphere was beautiful and quiet. The servers were attentive, and each bite was seriously enjoyable. I like how the pieces were not all your typical bites at an omakase. There were some staples, but also some very interesting bites. The chef was really friendly which made the experience that much more fun. And you leave full! For the price, this was so so so worth it. Right now it's not as packed since it's newly opened, but I'll get sad when my favorite place starts getting popular because the food and the people will surely get them some good buzz. But nevertheless, I'd wait to get into this place even when they start filling up the place with customers. As of right now tho, the wait is little to none, and the place is spaceous. I literally cannot give this place enough praise. Well done to the chef and the team I wish I lived a little close to here so I can come more often!

We did the Omakase and have to say is disappointed in the food given the price point. Food is very mediocre and there’s nothing too memorable. Upon seating, no one brought us water for 10 mins and we have to ask for it. We finished the tea during the meal and no one refilled it and we had to ask for refill. It just feels like everyone was so busy and we didn’t have any dedicated server. Maybe ordering off menu is better but I do not recommend the Omakase.

This is the best sushi restaurant in NJ. The staff are also very kind. Lunch special, Beef Caprice, and shushi, all menu are good. I am living in fort lee but i always take out when i have guest in my home. Thank you for delicious food!!!

LOVED Bon! 20 courses for $150pp and we were completely stuffed. Fantastic service and super fresh sushi. My only complaint here would be that the sushi bar section where the omakase takes place is basically right by the open area with the rest of the restaurant so it was a bit loud. Other than that, everything was great. Would love to come back here for lunch/dinner for a non-omakase meal! BYOB and a great spot for dates or for dinner with friends.

I ordered from here for the first time tonight after hearing about them on Instagram.This was the best sushi I have ever eaten. I ordered one of mostly everything on the a la cart menu (I will try the rest next time), and their toro, caviar, and uni hand roll. Everything was perfect. Absolutely, freaking, delicious.An added perk; it was sent to me in a lovely black box. A very nice added touch.This place is legit.

Excellent quality in terms of variety in sashimi choices and great ambiance. The menu is quite extensive and accommodates everyone. The service was great and loved the fact that this is BYOB. I will become a regular as best sushi, overall in the area!

The food was very good, I can't complain but the service lacked a bit When sushi was served soya sauce was not at the table and we had to request it, which seems really odd in sushi restaurant, also we brought some alcohol with us and we had to request bottle opener twice. These things should be offered without even asking. We had reservation for 8.30 pm, and already at 9 pm we were told to hurry up because kitchen is closing at 9 pm so all experience was very much rushed and it was my daughter's and my husband birthday celebration.
