Easily the best sushi experience I’ve ever had and I will be returning. Servers were so attentive and also knowledgeable about everything I was being served. Great portions, flavors and everything was as fresh as can be. Came for lunch and will be returning for dinner with a bigger party.
I SIMPLY cannot wait to go back. This is my personal favorite omakase in NJ and I've been to 6 different omakase restaurants. All the courses were amazing. The most notable was the abalone dish, and the WAFFLE. YES THE WAFFLE. It is so delicious in a way I cannot even explain. It's so weird to say my favorite waffle I've ever had was at an omakase place, but damn was it DELICIOUS. I'm going back soon, hopefully they never change the dessert. As a resident of Westwood I am very grateful that Bon has opened up here. Great quality food and lovely service. Takeout was packaged very nicely. I can’t wait to try the Omakase!
