I have a lot of worries these days and have found that doing simple things like making coffee and listening to lo-fi helps me settle down in the morning. I have a great Stanley pourover set I got for my camping trips that I also like to use at home. The patience of boiling water and then doing the pour over a few times is the calmest 15-20 minutes of my day. Coffee is a personal experience I feel. I like the taste of the coffee here my wife does not.. Every time I am in the area I grab a coffee here.. Try their specials it's all good.
