CARLUCCI’S is a warm and friendly restaurant with excellent customer service. The owner is very attentive, making sure guests are satisfied. The food, from appetizers to desserts, is rich and tasty. The place is clean, including the restroom. The party room is nicely decorated, clean, and private, perfect for celebrations. Even though they were understaffed during a busy night, the owner made sure to address any issues with the meal and provided great customer service. The warm, fresh baked rolls are a favorite, and the eggplant rollatini was spot-on. While the fig pizza was a bit too sweet, the owner took it off the bill and even offered a complimentary limoncello cake. The atmosphere is welcoming and quiet, perfect for families. Despite any minor hiccups, the level of hospitality and care from the staff make it a place worth returning to for delicious food and a pleasant dining experience.
