Perfect rita’s visit. Bella did a fantastic job assisting me. She honored my bogo coupon and gave me custard on the bottom as well as the top of my italian ice. couldn’t be more happy with the service and quality!

The prices went up & the portions down. The 5$ large was tiny, not worth the price. The young employees have no personality whatsoever.. I'll never go back here, waste of time & money. Polar Cub (a million times better) is always crowded & Ritas is not. Get some friendly employees & give customers what they pay for, not pathetic servings..

I've been going to Rita's 3-4 times a week for years, but never again! The prices go up & the cones/cups get smaller every time. I paid for a large & was handed a tiny cone, I should have left & gone to the polar cub right across the highway. No need to return just to throw my money away.. What kind of owner/manager hire incompetent young kids to run this place! Teach them how to make a cone or better yet, hire some adults! ridiculous

This place was good a few years ago, but now horrible. All the good reviews are years old..The fake custard is made from powder, not even real custard. the employees (kids) have gotten worst, they have no personality, about as d*** as rocks. I ordered a large cone & got a tiny tiny cone. Waste of money. Owner needs to be there or hire competent employees! We'll never go there again
