“A month or two ago my friends and I were craving fried oreos one random day when we stumbled on this place. We have gone EVERY SINGLE WEEKEND without fail since. Some times twice a weekend. Jen and Waldy are amazing people and provide amazing service. 1000/10 food and their fried oreos should win a nobel prize.“
“Clean dining room.Service is fast and friendly. Employees were eager to help you.Located on a busy highway, local access means driving north of the restaurant, then head south.Burgers and fries are good and tasty. Kids nuggets and fries are also good.“
“Waited an hour in line but the food was well worth the wait! They use the right amount of 5 spice season to make the chicken perfectly seasoned. Despite the long wait, you're not guaranteed a table. We were in the front. This place is not ideal for groups of 3 if you're trying to get into the back room. The hostess wouldn't even put us on the waitlist for the back room.“
“We came across this restaurant from a viral social post and didnt have any expectations honestly. The food was EXCELLENT and it had been a while since we’ve said that about a trending restaurant in NYC. We started with the wings that were some of the best wings I’ve ever had ( they serve it piping with a side of soaked towels to wash your hands) and the bone marrow was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Served on the bone with a side of buttery toast to place the marrow on and a delicious onion jam that sealed the deal. Then we had their famous burger with bacon and egg and it did not disappoint and a shaved prime rib that was AMAZING with a side of bacon Mac and cheese (we came hungry lol). Finished with the chocolate cream pie and key lime pie that sent us. Now the food was amazing but I have to say our server Ariana was what made our overall experience a 10/10. She was the BEST server we have experienced in a long time. She was so friendly, outgoing, and perfectly attentive and really made our night extra special to be honest. WE WILL BE BACK!“
“Had a wonderful meal this evening at Upland, really enjoyed my artichoke entree and was pleasantly surprised by my lobster main! Luis was so professional and attentive, I loved my complimentary guava sorbet and the honey ice cream was also delish. I highly recommend them, thank you for taking such good care of me for the two hours I was with you.“
“I really wanted a tasty burger. I've arrived. Nice, cozy...I took the burger. And they stuffed so much finely chopped grass into it that it felt like you weren’t eating meat, but had become a vegan...The chicken is delicious, the sauce is just greatFrench fries are very, very goodOverall a good place, but the burger was disappointing“
“I enjoyed their burger which tasted fresh. Their fries were nice and crispy. We were able to split a small order of fries between 2 people. The service was great. Seating is limited. I wouldn’t agree that they have the best burger in NYC but it was still good.“
“I always walked by and knew the name from living in Chicago. The iconic building always intrigued me and last night, I was lucky to find a table during peak dinner rush.I was guided to their newly rennovated 'Sidecar'. We sat upstairs and loved being able to look over 3rd avenue. The service was so attentive -- from being immediately greeted to the servers always offering to clear plates and offer new ones. I had the Cadillac burger and it came with a generous portion of french fries. The desserts surpassd expectation, i got the brownie sundae but learned the cheesecake and apple crisp are made in-house so I need to come back and try that.Shout out to my server Nicole and Marianna for making PJ Clarke's especially memorable and a new found staple in my dinner rotation in midtown.“
“I love this Craft Beer and Burgers but this place is amazing is like you were in Disneyland roller coaster of flavors and I’m very thankful to my Server Kendra L. Briggs to take care any time and how she’s rolling this place from the beginning to the end great food experience and service as well!!!!!“
“This is my 2nd time trying 7th street burger.NYC has been in a major Smash patty Renaissance lately and 7th Street seems to be on many peoples list. The burger is good. The bun is slightly toasted. Great cheese coverage. As I felt the 1st time I think the patty itself can be seasoned more. A bit more seasoning and it levels up the burger. All in all it's still a great burger to grab“
“My friends and I drove here from queens for Iftar. When we arrived we were told they were all booked and could not seat us. Once they heard we came all this way from NY they called us back and went to make extra chairs just so they can make some space for us to eat! Really appreciated their accommodations for us. The place was packed and roo Afzal water was passed around for Iftar. You order your food at the front register and they bring the food to your table. Both the hangry burger and gappa chaat were really good. Definitely recommend.“
“I had such a wonderful experience at Royale. First it has an awesome bar and restaurant indoors and the space outdoors is beautifully decorated. I have celiac disease and they had the most delicious gluten free nachos (made on site) ever! They were perfect. I was so happy I could have them and they were excellent! Great atmosphere and food! Highly recommend when in the Village.“
“Great food from a vegan business run by vegans. The "chicken legs" are amazing and my daughter said the mac n cheese was the best she has ever tasted. Super friendly and enthusiastic staff. Whilst primarily a take-out there is a small seating area for those wanting to eat in. Highly recommended.“
“On the way through from financial district to chinatown, we stopped by for a few drinks and a small snack. Our server Alex was a great person being. So kind and direct, we from Austria are not used to it!We loved our stay and it is a have to visit when we return to this beautiful city.“
“Great old school soup and sandwich joint. Counter seating with a small area with tables in back. They were out of borscht, so I will try my luck next time. I got the cheeseburger with special sauce, my friends got club sandwiches, all were good. They even have a Mel Brooks sandwich! The fries are a round "chips" style and are a side order were perfectly salted and tasty!“
“This spot is adorable. Got seated immediately at 5:00 on a Monday. No happy hour and the prices seemed normal for NY. It had major speakeasy feels with some Alice in wonderland -esque artwork that I loved. Great service that was very attentive. Intimate and great for a date night.“
“Great hole in the wall diner. If you like authentic diner food, great spot. Went there Sunday around 1pm, other restaurants in the area were packed. Waited outside for a little bit but was seated quickly. Inside only seats maybe 20, small area but friendly staff. Had the French Toast and would recommend it. Great option for brunch or breakfast would come back to try it for lunch. Great location and close to a lot of shopping. Also good diner prices for New York.Atmosphere - 5/5Food - 5/5Price - 5/5Food - 5/5“
“I went here last week with the family member as we were feeling for something different and decided to look up what food is in the area. of course there’s a lot of cultural places in the area however, this place came up with excellent reviews, and I must say it was worth every bite.. the freshness of the food and the service from the guy at the counter Mack. will definitely be returning. the sauce was phenomenal, the burger meat, to the crunchy chicken loaded fries.“
“Incredible experience! Okay you have to queue for an hour to get a place but it's worth it. The prices are correct for NY and given the show offered by the servers. The dishes are good and it's very funny to see his waiter bring us our order then continue with singing or do both at the same time. I highly recommend, a must when visiting NY.“
“I was not disappointed at all, even though I had to wait ~15 minutes for a solo counter seat. I had the fried onion burger, and it was beautifully cooked. The fries are McDonald's style, double fried. The key lime pie was also worth getting. Considering I had all that and a diet coke for under $25, in Manhattan, I was impressed.“
“We were a group of 25 with a preset menu of 4 selections. The service was very friendly, the meals were delicious and service was great. We had a birthday to celebrate and you joined us in song and music. Thank you for a memorable lunch with our visitors from Israel.“
“This is a family owned restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen that takes that to heart. The food is fantastic and service is fast. It just has that bit of personality that makes it feel like a place out of a small town instead of the middle of Manhattan—and that’s a really good thing. My one suggestion would be to maybe add an impossible burger, turkey burger, or a chicken dish to the menu. If you don’t eat beef, there’s not a lot of protein options…but it’s also a burger place so what does one expect.Definitely check this place out :)Vegetarian options: Grilled cheese, veggie burger“
“This place has gotten a lot of hype, so I had to see whether it was worth it or not. To set expectations, this is not fast food. There was a line out the door on a Saturday at 2 p.m. It moved pretty fast though, and I only waited about 20 minutes. Once I ordered, it took a little over 10 minutes for my food to be ready. They have limited seating, but there's someone at the door who only lets people in when seating opens up. I ordered a Double Gotham Smash burger with a side of fries. The ingredients were fresh, and the burger had so much flavor. The fries could've been better. They didn't have much flavor at all. Is this the best burger I've had in NYC? No, but it's one of the best I've had. My only complaint is that it's a little pricey. 8 fried pickles slices are $8, and fountain drinks are $4.“
“My wife and I visited Handcraft Burgers and Brews for my birthday this past weekend. As soon as my wife opened the menu she knew that I was going to have to try the burger of the month which was a peanut butter and grape jelly topped hamburger with jalapenos, bacon and cheese. Admittedly I have never had peanut butter and jelly on a burger before but I figured I would try something new and see what all of the hype was about. Turns out, I loved it! Every bite was so flavorful and completely made my birthday lunch a worthwhile venture! We also tried the tater tots, because who doesn't love a good tater tot. We could have chosen from multiple dipping sauces but we decided to go with the garlic aioli and I am glad we did. I dipped each of my tater tots in the sauce and there was plenty for both of us to share. We were helped by Vanessa at the restaurant and she was very accommodating when I was having trouble using a coupon that I had for my birthday. All in all this was a wonderful choice for my birthday lunch and when we are in the area again I would definitely stop by and perhaps try the latest burger of the month along with some tater tots and garlic aioli dipping sauce of course!“
“Without a doubt, the best smash burger in all of New York. I don’t know what these guys did, but they figured it out. The burgers have a perfect ratio of meat, cheese, sauce, and onions, all piled on a nice brioche-like bun. If you want something quick and pretty much anytime of the day, this place has got to be on your list. Hits the spot every time.“
“Staff knows me on a first name basis and that good work speaks for itself. Thank you.Vegetarian options: it's all what there what you need.Dietary restrictions: it's listedParking: parking on 25th street nyc between Broadway and 6th Avenue.Kid-friendliness: Very polite and courtesy counts.Wheelchair accessibility: there's a ramp.“
“I went mid afternoon and it was not busy at all on a Monday. The server and hostess were very attentive and our waters were never empty. I got the famous burger and let me tell you it was really good. I loved the bun. It came out warm and melted. Definitely a 9/10 burger. The fries were good. They gave a generous portion of fries.“
“Excellent place to eat very good burgers at good prices!Supplements (lettuce, tomatoes, etc.) are not expensive. I recommend taking the double given the minimal difference in price with the single and that allows you to be well positioned. The fries are great! Finally, the waiters/cooks were very nice.“
“We stumbled upon it by chance, wandering around the area and entered attracted by the menu. The place is special, the girls who serve the tables are really thoughtful and kind. Very good fries and also the salmon burger sandwich, good, plentiful and not overly seasoned like everything else in these parts.“
“More than positive experience! Nice and very welcoming place... I would also say very careful in detail. very courteous staff. Food EXCELLENT! Exceptional burgers to say the least. The meat and the overall quality of the sandwich were excellent. The sandwich ? itself is also very good, as it doesn't crumble in your hands while eating. Good value for money, taking into account that you are still in New York and not Rome... Definitely recommended ???“
“Dougie and Preston make the place such a vibe!!! So lucky to have this place in the neighborhood except it is kinda dangerous because I can't stay away. Good drinks, cutie boys and lively energy- what more could you ask for?!?!?? Service and atmosphere is just emphasized by these bartenders! I was sitting at the bar enjoying my Sunday. Then the manager or someone started to take inventory right next to me, it was pretty annoying and just felt rude energy besides that a really fabulous time.“
“Pretty cool concept to have donuts, ice cream, burgers, dogs and fries together. The donuts are like Duck donuts, nothing special. The smashburgers were pretty good, the shakes were really good, and the monster fries were good. The fries could have less special sauce on them. The straws for the shakes don't work well and should be upgraded to a boba type straw because there's chunks of goodness that clog the smaller straws. Seating is limited, everything comes out at different times, parking is tough because it's Hoboken no fault of the business, and it is kiosk ordering which slows the process up. Definitely worth trying. They have only been open a couple months so I'm sure they will work the kinks out.“
“Fantastic American lunch spot! I had the chicken sandwich and the sriracha mayo was just immaculate. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great and we were seated right away without any reservation. The staff and servers were also very kind and helpful throughout our meal! Would recommend to anyone wanting a good lunch in Manhattan!“
“- If your looking for one of the best burgers you ever had, or just something to stand out from the onslaught of restaurants in Times Square area, Dark Side Of The Moon is the place to visit. Not only is it one the best names in restaurant history, it is one of the best burgers I've had nationwide. What really stood out was their choice of exotic meats. You can choose from alligator sausage, kangaroo, bison, elk, camel and yak burgers and they even have wild boar tacos. The yak burger stood up to their claim that it is the best meat they offer. Never have I had such a flavorful burger. Who knew yak would be so delicious. The owner was not only the host but also the server and worked hard to make the experience memorable. It's always a pleasure to see an owner who cares enough to work the trenches to assure his diners leave happy and satisfied. Will definitely return as there is a plethora of menu options still to try. If you have a chance to stop by and try their burgers I suggest you do just that.“
“The food is amazing! The atmosphere is very chill and homey. The staff were super friendly and gave great recommendations!Had an Oxtail burger - juicy and great flavor! and the Zanzi fries with fried chicken ?And a grilled pound cake! that was recommended to us!Would definitely recommend it!“
“My server was DonnetteAbsolutely loved the server. She was efficient and kind. I ordered the Nashville chicken and waffles. The flavor was good, but I do wish they'd have allowed the chicken more time to drain before adding the sauce. Everything else was great. Good music. Good food. Good atmosphere, and timely service.“
“I went for an iftar and the food is sooo good. I have had this place on my list for over a year, and should have come sooner. The burger was so delicious. the quality of meat ?? The lamb chops were uniquely spicy and full of flavor.I dont often eat burgers, but I will come back again during Ramadan. Craving it at the moment.“
“Really great store with a very welcoming atmosphere! We had burgers, pastrami sandwiches and quesadilas and everything tasted really good. The two who run the shop are incredibly welcoming and we would recommend it to anyone who is in the area.“
“Loved the impossible vegetarian burgers! They’re so warm and dense - very much a filling lunch! We also enjoyed the crispy fries but wish the portion size was larger. Service was also wonderful. The restaurant has 3 indoor tables (fitting 6), and outside tables for sitting & standing. Best to do pickup and walk to the park.“
“My wife and I came here since she's eaten here before and wanted me to try it,1st the bad. Our server was ok. We were asked if we wanted pickles and red beats but never brought them, and we really wanted to try it. And we were offered lemons for our water and never got them. Now for the good. IT was pretty busy in there and I was surprised at how fast our food was made and at our table. I was also caught off guard by the fact that the burger was hot! I rarely have a burger come out hot and dam fresh, and despite mine being well done, I needed to use my napkin. After every bite, it was that juicy. Awsome burger! The fries were decent and I liked the batter on the onion rings. Definitely recommend. Trust the fat guy, he knows good food..“
“Food is really good but I waited nearly 20 minutes for my food. The burgers are great. Staff is friendly. They’re not wrong when they say you should get a double. I had two singles. The regular mash is good and the spicy mash is unique. The honey definitely makes it taste different than other burgers. Will definitely be back to try other parts of the menu.Parking: Parking is not too bad. Located right at the end of a busy Main Street. Not all of the meters work though“
“Where do I begin. Our visit to the Shannon Rose was outstanding. From the nice young lady at the door to our server Edgar who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. When we arrived Trivia was going on, and it was such a delight watching everyone participating in the game. We arrived wanting drinks to end the night, and The Shannon Rose did night disappoint. Our server Edgar was very kind, and very knowledgeable about what we should order, plus very handsome. Kudos to the bartender the drinks were delish!!!! We will DEFINITELY go back for the Trivia Tuesday and for dinner and drinks. What a fun way to end the evening. I hope that the next visit will be as enjoyable as the last one. We hope to have Edgar as our server. Thank you..Thank you.. Thank you!Parking: Tons of parking space. There are extra spaces at the Target parking lot.“
“Walked in thinking it's an Irish bar, walked out having one of the best times ever at any bar. This is a gay bar on steroids but that's what makes it oh so better. I know what you straights are thinking, but this place is Uber welcoming of people from all walks of the road. Probably one of my most favorite random bars of all time. The food was great and priced even better. The staff was Uber friendly and the drinks were top notch. The crowd was the happiest and sweetest crowd of all time. Tbh not a single sour puss! Highly recommend this place for everyone and anyone! The music, the food, the drinks, the staff, the atmosphere... all so fun that honestly I kinda wish I was gay now lol. Give this place a shot, you won't regret it!“
“This is honestly the best burger spot in NYC! The food is fresh and absolutely delicious. There’s so many varieties of burgers to choose from even if you’re vegan and/or have allergies. Great friendly service and the ambience is really cool and modern, especially since the restaurant is like in the cut. Would totally recommend to anyone. Perfect Happy Hour spot!!! ? ?“
“Plnt Burger is absolutely amazing my new favorite place to eat. There chicken sandwich and nuggets reminded me so much like chick fila. Everything tasted very clean and so fresh. Quality of the food is 10/10 and they have a good variety of sauces all are delicious. I highly recommend.“
“The burgers are well made and fresh. I especially like the ghost pepper sauce. The people who work there are efficient and polite. If you put in an order for pick-up via their website, it is ready incredibly quickly! I’d recommend this place for a quick, inexpensive, but yummy meal!“
“Este lugar me parece espectacular para comer carne. El pan recién hecho también es una delicia. Fuimos en dos oportunidades en el viaje. Cómo un steak de pimienta. Estuvo increíble. Y en la otra oportunidad comí un ribeye y estuvo bueno. Muy ameno. Tienen varios tipos de cervezas de draft y no es excesivamente caro como la mayoría de los restaurantes de carne.“
“our absolute favorite restaurant almost anywhere. Best described as new American comfort Food with the twist. The chef is phenomenal. The service is also wonderful and attentive. A generous poor of wine. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.“
“I normally write reviews for the readers, but today, this review is directed to the owner. Your fried chicken is worth the trouble of finding parking. I had the 10pc bloom drumsticks half w/Soy Garlic and the other half in S.O.S. Korean Spicy. I would even go as far as saying any of the sauces are worth a parking ticket. I was also super impressed with the size of the drumsticks! I was full after just 4, and thankfully, otherwise I would have been tempted to eat my napkin just to relish the flavor. I'm also grateful I arrived with family, since they ordered additional items, like the bloom wings, truffle fries, pork dumplings, and wasabi coleslaw. I got to try almost everything and nothing disappointed...not one thing. Thank you for offering to provide me my order as it became available for the members of my family vs. waiting for all of it to finish, that was very considerate of you and unexpected. I saw how polite you were to everyone that entered to order and for pick-up. We waited a little less than 25 minutes for the order to be complete and considering the size of our order, that was impressively fast! I just want to add that I also noticed you sacrificed your kitchen space to provide extra room for your guest, hats off to you sir! The seating space at the entrance is ample, the decor is trendy, the food was amazing, your attitude was great and even the bathroom was clean. The next time I come, I'm shooting a video for you, you deserve it...plus, I need an excuse to come back.“
“Stopped in here to kill some time. Right away the mood was fun, the crowd was lively. There was a song-a-long happening, there was a live music. Generally, I DO NOT LIKE live music but this guy was awesome. Couldn't stay long enough to order food, but my martini was fantastic.“
