“My friends and I drove here from queens for Iftar. When we arrived we were told they were all booked and could not seat us. Once they heard we came all this way from NY they called us back and went to make extra chairs just so they can make some space for us to eat! Really appreciated their accommodations for us. The place was packed and roo Afzal water was passed around for Iftar. You order your food at the front register and they bring the food to your table. Both the hangry burger and gappa chaat were really good. Definitely recommend.“

It just has that bit of personality that makes it feel like a place out of a small town instead of the middle of Manhattan—and that’s a really good thing.My one suggestion would be to maybe add an impossible burger, turkey burger, or a chicken dish to the menu. “Such a brilliant idea seeing your waiters and waitresses take turns to sing amazing songs to the patrons whilst they eat their meals. A very good concept that also helps the artists too by raising money to support anyone struggling financially so they can pursue their dream of making it in the Big Apple. We made a special effort to go and queue up hoping to get a table and relieved the queue wasn't too bad. Enjoyed the whole thing very much. Thank you for the experience. “Walked in thinking it's an Irish bar, walked out having one of the best times ever at any bar. This is a gay bar on steroids but that's what makes it oh so better. I know what you straights are thinking, but this place is Uber welcoming of people from all walks of the road. Probably one of my most favorite random bars of all time. The food was great and priced even better. The staff was Uber friendly and the drinks were top notch. The crowd was the happiest and sweetest crowd of all time. Tbh not a single sour puss! I had the 10pc bloom drumsticks half w/Soy Garlic and the other half in S.O.S. Korean Spicy. I would even go as far as saying any of the sauces are worth a parking ticket. I was also super impressed with the size of the drumsticks! I was full after just 4, and thankfully, otherwise I would have been tempted to eat my napkin just to relish the flavor. I'm also grateful I arrived with family, since they ordered additional items, like the bloom wings, truffle fries, pork dumplings, and wasabi coleslaw. I got to try almost everything and nothing disappointed...not one thing. Thank you for offering to provide me my order as it became available for the members of my family vs. waiting for all of it to finish, that was very considerate of you and unexpected. We had the Cali flower goat cheese app which we couldn’t get enough of , for dinner my wife got the skirt steak which was cooked to perfection and such good flavor. In the 30 minutes, Sarah our server, was able to accommodate us. The grilled cheese with caramelized onions was phenomenal. The burger with caramelized onions was excellent, and cooked to perfection. The fries were very good and the small size was more than enough to share. also, the prices were very reasonable. Sarah was very personable and attended to all our needs. “This place has great food with exceptional service! I ordered a chicken marsala and a shrimp scampi dinner. It was delicious. I come here to write about their service. We had a situation where I placed an order for delivery over the phone for my parents, whom are in their 80's. I do not live with them, but they are "hard of hearing", so I am the one who normally places orders for them. I placed the shrimp scampi and chicken marsala over the phone and upon delivery, my mother calls me to tell me that a chicken parmigiana dish came instead. We obviously thought we received someone else's order. So i call Bruno's and told them we had the wrong order, they were confused how they received a chicken parmigiana, and told me that my order was in store and would be delivered shortly. Then I received a call from Bruno's from a guy telling me that the issue was that there were 2 orders placed from my house, which I debated because I was the only one who placed the order. He told me an elder man placed the first order. I replied saying "that's impossible". Anyway, I sat there and thought to myself, "how did he know there was an elder man in that house". So i call back to my parents and asked my mother to ask my father if he had placed an order. She asked and he replied quietly,"yes". Of course we were livid and embarrassed. My father said "I wanted you guys to believe in me that I can still do stuff on my own." We felt bad because we were very stern with Bruno's about this mishap. I called the establishment and apologized and told them we would pay the extra order that was placed. To my surprise, the owner completely understood and told me not to worry about. He told me his grandfather is 80yrs old and understands how things like this could happen. That really touched my heart. A lot of business these days are all about money and don't have heart for certain situations. My father has Parkinson's and it is tough when a man loses his independence, and I guess he was trying to be independent and show his wife that he is still capable of doing things on his own without her consent. I personally want to say THANK YOU to Bruno's. This business it top tier! Highly recommend!“
