A nice little gem tucked away in the APA hotel. If you have a craving for Japanese food, this spot is it. (They had Fried Aji on their daily special the day I went ) I got their Salmon Ikura Don, Botan Ebi and Otoro a la carte, and their Black Sesame Panna Cotta. Food was pretty good, better than any Japanese restaurant in the main Edison area, but there are some little things to nitpick at. The best Omagase we ever had. Fish was shipped from Japan, and super fresh. Private room, Chef and waiter. The manager made sure we had a great experience. The service was friendly and attentive. The ambiance is really nice, I feel like I was in Japan. I highly recommend Aoi. We will be back.
