Placed an order and waited literally over 30 minutes for the food to come out. The food was cold. It took to minutes to get a cup for my drink. The problem is that they prioritize people in the drive thru over people ordering in the store. There were 3 group orders in the store and we all waited over 30 mins. Why are the cars in drive thru getting prioritized over the people that decided to eat in? Ridiculous. Because you want to clear the drive thru queue? What about the queue inside? The Manger acknowledged that it was messed up what they did and only offered a cup for a drink. Im sorry but this is supposed to be fast food, not slow food...and 30 minutes for some nuggets is ridiculous. I will never order here again

This location does not care about customers. The quality of customer service and communication is extremely low even for a fast food drive-through.You could tell when the employees don’t care and the management valued customers. Every time I’ve been here I have been asked to pull up and wait for 10 minutes for some basic orders like chicken tenders which is fine if the staff was friendly, but they’re not even close to being friendly.disappointing because the actual geographical location of this kfc is perfect but other than that everything is way below Any expectations.

The most common mistake that happens from drive thru happened on walkin as well. They forgot to include a large side of mac n cheese and by the time I noticed, I was home, 25 min away. I counted before I left but was mistaken because 1 of the large side was split in 2 small. I mean, it is on the receipt/order list...why still make the mistake????

The slowest kfc I've ever been to. With over 7 people working and 0 othe customers in the store there is no excitable reason to wait over 20mins for whats supposed to be fast

Chicken was so greasy I had to use 5 bounty towels to suck up the oil. No coleslaw or mashed potatoes…… really???? Should get a refund!!! So disappointed!!

This place sucks... That kiosk machine the worse idea... Food was cold. I got the 20$ fill up chicken nuggets were horrible. 2 of them were just batter with no meat in them. There was confusion & as I was leaving noticed they didn't even give me my pot pie. Service was horrible.. when I asked the young man behind the counter if he considered the batter ball to be a chicken nugget he simply replied YES... NOT EVEN " LET ME GET U AN ACTUAL NUGGET"..AS HE SAW MY DISSATISFACTION IN MY FACE... I told him my first time and last time here.. worse 35$ I ever spent at KFC!

So u walk in get on line and look at menu above. They look at u and say that they strongly recommend ordering on kiosks inside. There were all but 3 peoples in restaurant and they could not take the order. Placed order on machine had to remind them to give a cup for drink and they allowed us to find our napkins and & straws on counter. Chicken was a bit overdone like it had been there for a while. We stayed at a nearby hotel and we were tired so we went there for quick bite. No one there seems to go out of their way in any which way shape or form so re-think the visit.

I was forced to use the kiosk because they said their manager was monitoring them and they were not able to take your order over the counter. This is completely unacceptable and I saw other people being so frustrated. The older people was forced to use it. Most elderly people don't know how to use a computer, let alone a kiosk. I need to make a complaint to their corporate office as this is so wrong!I won't be coming back here !

I just drove out of my way to this KFC. Waited 5 mins for KFC to start taking the order of the car n front of me. Then after wtg another 5 mins for someone to take My order, finally said "Hello". A guy said "one second. 3 more mins go by. I said "hello" agn. The guy said "2 secs." A min later i said "ur 2 secs r up!" Then a lady says real nasty "WE'LL GET TO U WHEN WE GET TO U!!" At which point i said "I'm goin someplace else kz ur way too nasty!" Yeah, not wasting my $$ on Nasty pple there!!
