Placed an order and waited literally over 30 minutes for the food to come out. The food was cold. It took to minutes to get a cup for my drink. The problem is that they prioritize people in the drive thru over people ordering in the store. There were 3 group orders in the store and we all waited over 30 mins. This location does not care about customers. The quality of customer service and communication is extremely low even for a fast food drive-through.You could tell when the employees don’t care and the management valued customers. The most common mistake that happens from drive thru happened on walkin as well. They forgot to include a large side of mac n cheese and by the time I noticed, I was home, 25 min away. I counted before I left but was mistaken because 1 of the large side was split in 2 small. I mean, it is on the receipt/order list...why still make the mistake????
