New Texas style BBQ food truck in Jersey city! They open shop near Grove st path station (across sprove market on Christopher Columbus Dr.) every Tuesday and Thursday I am not an expert in Texas BBQ but the food I was served was delicious ! Perfectly smoky pork BBQ ribs with sweet and spicy sauce (meat was juicy and soft on the inside). Cornbread was soft, moist and not too sweet and blended well with the ribs. Hired for my son's birthday party. From the beginning, everything was on point, communication was great. The food was amazing, we had the chicken, ribs and brisket along with the Mac and cheese, corn on the cob and the corn bread. Everything was amazing! Everyone loved everything! Definitely would recommend to anyone!
